I was watching Shinbi helping Phase train as I sat with Elizabeth.
"About... What happened." She began.
"What's wrong?" I asked.
"Can you tell me what happened?" She asked.
"We got out no need to worry." I said.
"But Yang has been acting differently." She said.
"Her mistake must be haunting her since we got out." I said.
"And Ruby? She's not herself." Elizabeth said.
"I can say the same about you." I said.
"I guess you are right..." She mumbled.
"Hey. If you have any issues don't hesitate to come to me." I said leaning close to her, my hand on her lap. She got slightly flustered.
"Th-thanks... Maybe you should be the leader." She said.
"Nah... Not my style." I said leaning back watching Phase and Shinbi finish their training.
"Phase you said you can now tether two people?" Elizabeth said.
"Yeah. Though it gets a bit strenuous." She said.
"We need to get you to tether all of us eventually." I said. I could enhance her abilities, but I need her to be mine.
"He's right from here on out you'll practice increasing your tether limit." Elizabeth said.
"Okay... Though I can't train for long." She said.
"It's fine. We don't expect you to get that down before the tournament, but for the future when we graduate." Elizabeth said.
"F/N." Elizabeth began.
"Yeah?" I asked.
"Don't use that power." She said.
"Don't worry. I know I might hurt you girls." I said, "So anything else?" I asked.
"We'll work on combos later. We should take a break." Elizabeth said. After a bit of time Shinbi and Phase joined us at the bleachers.
"Alright so when we going again?" I asked.
"Tomorrow, depending on how phase feels." Elizabeth said.
"I'll be good... Just need the day off." She replied. Her breath was heavy, her semblance is very draining as she constantly has to keep it active to utilize it.
"Cool. Imma get a drink, anyone wants one?" I asked patting her head.
"I'll join you." Elizabeth said.
"I gotta hit the library, gotta find a book for class." She said.
"I need a nap. I really used a lot today." Phase said.
"Alright Elizabeth let's go. Take it easy Phase and rest well. If you need anything give me a call." I said.
"Yeah thanks. Oh get me a strawberry juice." She said looking at me.
"Yeah sure." I said. She smiled and walked away.
"Alright see you guys later." Shinbi said.

We were in the cafeteria getting some coffee.
"You want sugar?" I asked.
"Just a little." Elizabeth said as she looked at a vending machine.
