Chapter Ten

"I'm going to take him back!" She proclaimed.

"Really? Bakit?" I stayed my calmly face towards her.

"I think he still have feelings for me!" she twirled her hair. "The way he look at me. The sparkling in his eyes when we first met. I can feel it! Ganun parin!"

She is the definition of a desperate girl. Tsk.

"Ganun ba?" She nodded. "Then go take him. Let's see if you can!"

Umamba akong lumakad ngunit hinawakan niya ang kaliwang braso ko.

"I'm still talking to you!" I raised my brows facing her while looking at her hand on my wrist.

She's very annoying. An attention seeker.

"I thought you're done!" Nangiinis kong saad.

"Aren't you scared? Jealous? Or whatever?" My side of lips rose up.

She expected me for that huh. Kaya pala ayaw pa akong paalisin, gustong makita ang reaksyon ko.

"Why would I? Dahil ba aagawin mo siya? Hell, No!" I crossed my arms. "As I've known Eric, he always look for the high quality standard. Damit nga sa H & M na magaganda ay mapili siya. Ikaw pa kayang itinapon na niya, patapon pa, Tapos babalikan niya? How cheap!"

Kita ko ang galit sa mukha niya.

"How dare you----" I cut her.

"Bakit hindi ba totoo?" I ask. "Next time. Dont you dare hold me. Masyadong sensitive kasi ang balat ko sa mga basura!"

I gave him my dirty look.

Sasampalin pa niya sana ako ng mahawakan ko ang kamay niya. Kapal naman ng ingratang 'to. May balak pang idapo ang maduming kamay niya sa mukha ko.

"Slapping me can take you to hell. Careful!" kita ko ang inis sa kanyang mukha bago ko siya iniwan. She can't accept the fact that Eric loves me. Eric loves her, YES, but not anymore that was long time ago.

Too late he's already mine now.

A smile crept on my lips when I see the defeat in her face. Such a loser. She made my beast mode appeared.

That was the first time in my entire life I encountered a very, desperate girl just of a man. A big mistake of her, he let go and wasted the man that really loves her. A perfect man that was chase and looked forward by every girl to be their property. An ideal man of everyone. And now she wanted him back. Wrong Move. I will never let her take him away from me. Now that I can see our future together.

Eric is the man I wanted to lived with, in the future. We will conquer those ups and downs problem together. And Eric, beside of Dad and Brent, is the only man can make me feel safe everytime I'm in his arms.

"Is that Railey? Eric's ex?" Napatalon ako sa gulat ng bigla nalang sumulpot sa harapan ko si Zelai. One of my co-workers here in Nascar and the sister of Eric. "Bakit nakatapak ang bruhang yan dito?"

"Hater ka rin?" I chortled. Tanong ko ng hindi parin tinatanggal ang tingin sa nakaupong Railey sa harapan ng office ni Eric.

What is she doing there? I thought she already left.
