I stare at him in shock. He did not just do that. Jack did not just trick me like that. The guys meant to be in a coma for Gods sake, or atleast was the last time I saw him. But that was five years ago, and things have evidently changed.

"So you're telling me, that you pretended to be Finn this whole time, when you're in fact Jack?" I ask him judgingly.

He shrugs his shoulders without a care in the world, "You never asked".

I put my hand on my hip, "Well I sorta thought you were in a coma!".

I feel Penelope wiggle in my arms. I look down at her and she asks me, "Momma, what's a coma?"

I'm surprised by her question and I have no idea what to answer back. Instead, I put her back on the floor and tell her to play with the toys. She doesn't seem to mind, and within minutes she's back to playing with all the stuffed animals.

I walk back over to Jack and take a seat.

I take a deep breath and ask, "So where's Finn?"

Jack bites his lip, "He's off looking for you".

My mouth drops in surprise. I'm shocked to hear that Finn is still looking for me. After all this time, he still cares.

I smile a little at the thought and continue to question Jack, "Where did he go looking?"

Once again, he shrugs and says, "I don't know. Everywhere. I woke up form my coma and ever since he's been everywhere but here".

"When did you wake up?" I ask curiously.

"Not long after you left actually... wouldn't been able to have this one otherwise" He says with a slight laugh as he points to a photo of his baby.

I nod, "And now you have a kid?"

He smiles and says back, "And so do you."

I nod my head, not knowing how to reply back.

He looks at Penelope and then back at me, "DIdn't take you long to move on, did it?"

I bite my lip nervously.

"It's not like that Jack" I tell him defensively.

"Surely looks that way" He retorts back.

I shake my head in disapproval.

He sighs and continues, "Look, if you expect me to tell you where Finn is now, then you better answer all of my questions. So, Ana, you moved on fast didn't you?".

I look at her and in a whisper I say, "She's not mine".

I look at Jack and he looks confused as hell.

I decide to clarify, "I mean, yes, she is my daughter. Nothing will ever change that... It's just, biologically, she's not mine".

His face shows that he understands, "so you adopted?"

I bite my lip together, "Yeah, kinda"..

Jack takes a deep breath, "What's that supposed to mean?"

I hesitate before telling him, "It's just... she's just...."

I struggle for words and he gets impatient.

"Well?" Jack says. I frown as he tries to hurry me. If it were Finn he would let me take my time to explain. But he's not Finn.

He runs his hand though his hair, "Look, I told you already, if you want me to help you find Finn, then you're going to have to give me some answers. He loves you, and I won't let you hurt him, so before you go to him, I'm going to make sure that I know everything. I have to protect him Ana, he's my brother, and I love him.."

I nod my head to show that I understand. Slowly, I try again.

"I found her.... She was in a home where she was abused and I had to do something to stop that. I've been through that, I couldn't let her go through that too".

His face shows sympathy for a second or two, but soon enough he is back to his million questions.

"So you took her to the police or child services or something? Did they tell you to look after her?" He asks.

I want to answer him with a yes, but I can't. It's not the truth, and I really am not a good enough liar to answer him in the way that he wants.

When I don't answer, his eyes widen.

"Noooo, Ana, tell me you didn't just take her!" He asks looking worried as hell.

I give him a slight smile.

He looks down and says, "Fuck!"

The moment he swears I look towards my daugther. It appears as if she didn't hear his fowl language.

"Hey, there's a child in here" I remind him.

He looks up at me defensively, "How the hell do you expect me to react Ana! You just told me that you kidnapped a bloody child!"

I stay quiet and look towards Penelope. I probably shouldn't have told him all this, but I had to. I have to know where Finn is. He better tell me where Finn is now. Admitting to a crime is not an easy thing, but it was a risk I had to take. And hopefully, a risk that will certainly pay off.
