When you play dead

Lately, Raph was getting distant from you. Whenever you asked his three brothers why, they only gave you shrugs or some other answer they could guess. Other than that, they didn't know why Raph was like this.

Getting restless of this, you decided to try and get a straight answer from him.

Picking up a glass cup, you threw it against the wall with all your might. You yelped in pain the moment it did, loud enough for Raph, who was down in the skating area, to hear you. You then fell to the floor, just as Raph skidded to a halt at the entrance of the kitchen.

"(Y/N)?" He rushed to you and tenderly picked you up.

You didn't move a single muscle or let a giggle leave your lips.

Meanwhile, Donnie, Leo, and Mikey watched the event happening from the side, trying hard not to laugh at this moment. They knew you planned this and did not want to mess this up for you.

"(Y/N)? Can you hear me? P-please, wake up," Raph moved a few strands of hair from your eyes.

You held back the urge to laugh. He's falling for it...

"Oh, God. What have I done?" Raph hugged your body close to his chest as he started to cry. "I've ignored her! This is all my fault! I didn't watch her as I should! I'm so sorry, (N/N)..."

Leo, Donnie, and Mikey saw your hand move a bit and continued to hold back their laughter.

Finally, you giggled, which caught Raph's attention.

"(Y/N)?" He pulled you away from him, as you started full-on laughing.

"Oh, my God! You're so gullible!" You laughed loudly and wiped a tear from your eye.

The three other brothers also laughed as they witnessed Raph looking between you and them.

"Hold on. You were faking it?"

"No shit, Sherlock," you chuckled. "How can you fall dead from a glass cup? That's just stupid."

Raph glared at you, but then saw a glass cup with ice and smirked. He picked up the cup and started towards you, while you backed away, now laughing nervously.

"Raph, what are you doing?"

"Can you handle the cold, (Y/N)?" Raph asked you as he kept on creeping towards you with the cup of ice.

"Raph! No!" You screamed and began running around with your boyfriend in red chasing after you.

"Come back here!" Raph called after you.

Leo, Donnie, and Mikey soon laughed and watched their older brother chase after you with the cup of ice in hand.

It was getting on your nerves. Leo was paying more attention to training than to you for the past week. That's when an idea came upon your mind.

Smirking, you picked up your phone and dialed his number. Just as he answered, you pretended to be scared and panting heavily from the fear.

"(Y/N)? Baby, now's not a good time--"

"Leo! Someone just broke into my house! I don't have much time!"

"(Y/N)! Slow down! I can't hear you!"

"Oh, my God! No! NO--!"

You hung up on him on purpose and giggled at his reaction. He must be falling for it and on his way right now. You made time with your plan and nearly finished it just 14 seconds before he got to your window.
