When you're in the hospital

(Raph❤️)

After another rough fight with some of the mean girls, you ended up in the hospital. They were getting on your nerves about who you've been hanging out with and your favorite hobby, so you decided to throw the first punch. Despite giving two of them broken bones and one of them a concussion, you ended up having a broken wrist and a black eye.

Down in the ER, the nurses told you that you can call anyone close to come and pick you up, so you called Alli.

"Hey, Al..." you started.

"(Y/N), where are you right now? Raph was getting worried, he tried to call you. You didn't come back from school yet..."

"I, uh...got into a fight," you answered sheepishly.

"Again?" Alli groaned on the other end. "Okay, obviously, we did teach you to defend yourself."

"(Y/N)?! Is that you?!" Raph yelled in the background, and you could tell he was already fighting with Alli for the phone. "Give me the phone, Alli!"

"Raph!"

Some yelling and tackling sounded from the other end before Raph frantically appeared.

"(Y/N)! Where are you?!"

"Raph, calm down. I'm in the hospital—"

"WHAT?! HOW?!"

"Oh, just a...little argument that escalated to some roughhousing and broken wrist that I'm now stuck with," you answered shyly.

"I'm on my way! Hang tight!" Raph said before some more shouting from Alli and tackling appeared on the other line.

You rolled your eyes playfully and hung up.

A few minutes later, Raph in his human form rushed into the hospital room, despite the nurses trying to stop.

"Oh, man. You look even worse than you said," Raph softly said as he carefully embraced you. "What is it with you and fights lately?"

"Eh, being different from other girls isn't easy," you shrugged, albeit the cast on your broken wrist. "Are we gonna stand here? Or are we gonna head back?"

Grinning, Raph tenderly picked you up, much to the nurses' astonishment, and headed back to the lair. Once there, there wasn't any making out or kissing whatsoever. There was only soft cuddling and a nap later on.

On your way home, you were texting Leo that you were on your way. However, a loud honking and a woman screaming caught your attention. You looked up, much to your shock and terror, that a lady was screaming as she tried to reach her child, who was standing petrified in the middle of the sidewalk as a car was rushing towards them. Without a second thought, you rushed towards the child and pushed them out of the way in time, but you were unable to avoid the incoming car, for the driver suddenly slammed into you, knocking you unconscious.

"Oh, my God! Someone call 9-1-1!"

When the nurses kept you awake long enough for you to tell them to call Leo, they did so while they took you to a room. Leo was already in human form and rushing towards the hospital in a flash the moment he got the call.

"(Y/N)! Where is she?! I need to see her!" He desperately pleaded as the nurse tried to calm him down.

When he saw in you in the hospital bed through the window, his heart dropped. There were only a few bruises on your face and arms, but your eyes being closed right now got him panicking internally even more.
