His Quirk allows him to Control a swarm of Bio-Mechanical Creatures

the swarm of Creatures seem to come out of every crack in the area and sacrifice themselves to block the attack.

Harvest:"looks Like I gotta commit some child abuse before I get an answer out of you."

even more Creatures begin to surround the two.

Harvest:"Now, tell me what's in there, before I beat you to a pulp..."

I'll need to come up with a lie

Hayato:"I'm a 15 year old... I was just exploring some ruins to Study... and I found this cat thing in there! He's usually really nice, he just gets startled easily!"

Harvest:"Likely story... But I'll still need to search this Apartment and take that... Thing in for study..."

Hayato:"I can not allow that... this kitty is mine.... Finders keepers...."

Harvest:"HA! You think that thing's a cat?! what a joke... stay here kid..."
