I Read the contents of Dillan's Diary

they tell the story of how he was a street rat who obtained a stand suddenly a short while ago

according to this he met up with Giorno Giovanna, Danny's Half-Brother

apparently he explained that somehow Dillan has the stand of a man by the name of "Diavolo"

he was the former Boss of the Mafia before Giorno used "Requiem" to Trap him in an infinite loop of death

so Dillan really wasn't BSing me about this "Requiem"

it continues with Dillan's thoughts on Giorno's observation that King Crimson possesses many Traits that were present in this "Diavolo"

in a uncharacteristic action Dillan actually has a Theory

it reads like this

"Today King Crimson began Ranting about "Our Reincarnation" according to him I'm not of this Universe, well I am, but my Soul apparently originates from another Universe, one where I was struck with a stand ability that not only reincarnated me but did so in a completely different Universe."

is he? talking about Multiverse Theory?

"he also claims that the only reason he's still here is because he too Died, but his fate was far worse. Half of his soul is fated to Die an infinite amount of times over Infinite timelines. but at the last moment before he died he somehow managed to attach half his soul to me. he says I'm the mirror image of an old friend of his."
