After few days natanggap ko na ang sahod sa ginawang shoot. Julia even told me on call that they already broke up. Malungkot ako na nabalitaan iyon dahil gusto ko pa naman sila sa isa't isa. Now, nandito kami sa mall ni Jack para ipasyal siya. We are already here for almost 3 hours! Nang aaya na nga ako umuwi dahil ang tagal na namin doon.

"I wonder when are we going to be with daddy, and spend like this with him.." He licked on his ice cream. Napanguso ako sa sinabi niya.

"Anak, that day will just come.. just wait.." I tried to relieved him but he just nodded. Hindi ko rin talaga alam anak. Kung paano at kung matatanggap ka ba niya sa kabila ng ilang taong pagtago ko sayo mula sakaniya.

Jack is now sleepy so we decided to get back home. Hinawakan ko siya ng mabuti para hindi ma out of balance kapag naglalakad. Ganito talaga siya, when he eat ice cream ay aantukin siya pag tapos. We are already inside the car when something notified me. I fixed the seat belt for my son and looked at my email.

Nagulat muli ako noong matanggap ang response. I checked the time and it's now 3 exact pm. Napakagat ako sa labi at tinignan ang anak sa likod. He's sleeping peacefully.

"Kuya." I started the call.

"What, Ry?" Dinig ko ang boses niya na puno ng sungit. The hell?

"Sungit ah! Can I ask you a favor? As in right now? Need ko kasi ng magbabantay kay Jack ngayon. I'll attend a meeting later.." Napatawa ako sa una..

"Sure." He said and ended up the call. I looke at my phone and laughed. Bakit masungit? Siguro dahil break na sila ni Julia?
