My monster (Garou X Chubby Reader)[Under Editing]

Chapter 3

Almost instantly my arms were around Garou after seeing a single tear fall from his eye. He was sniffling a bit which made me to assume he started crying.

"I missed you so much."

"Oh no, don't cry. I missed you too," I told him as I looked up and put my hands on his cheeks to wipe his tears,
"It's okay now Garou. I'm here for you," He held me a bit longer and I saw him smile when I looked at him, "How've you been Garou?"He let me go and we sat on the couch.

"After you left I was alone. I didn't play with anyone and I had no friends. Nobody messed with me when you were there because they didn't want to piss you off. But after you left, they picked on me even more. I eventually stood up for myself and got in trouble," he looked to ground," Every day I hoped that you'd come back and we'd hang out again. And now we're here but I don't know if 'being friends' would be good for you now."

"Garou. Dude. It's fine, I'll always be here for you. If you wanna be a hero hunter, cool, just don't hurt me or my friends." I placed a hand on his shoulder.

"Really?" Garou perked up with surprise.

"Yep!"

His smile showed his gratefulness, "Can I crash here? I kinda don't have a place to stay."

"Of course you can. Now that we've figured that out, you wanna play some video games?" I stood from my spot and walked over to the TV.

"You still play video games?"

"Of course and I can still kick your ass."

"Yeah we'll see about that."

Me and Garou played video games for hours. We were pretty evenly matched and we tied in almost every game. When we tied we moved to a different game. We were currently playing jump force and our ratio was 5:2. I was beating the shit outta him. The current round was neck and neck and Garou managed to beat me because he did his move a second before I did mine.

"FUCK!" I stood and yelled

"Did you see how epic that finishing move was?!" He kept rubbing it in my face and I lost a second time.

"DAMMIT!" I played standing up and actually ended up beating him. He got really good at every game in the short amount of time we played them. We took a small break for snacks and he tripped me after I teased him. Immediately after I heard a knock on the door.

"I'll get it."  He volunteered and stood up.

"No. I got it. How about you get the snacks instead. I don't want you starting any fights." I pushed him towards the kitchen.

"You have hero friends?"

"I never said that. I just don't want you fighting anyone," I looked through the peephole and saw Saitama, "Ah fuck. I hope they don't wanna come in," I cracked the door open and put my head out,"Hey Sai."

"'Sup. Are you okay up here? We heard a thump and thought there was another monster attack."

"Oh. Nope, I just tripped. I'm fine. But if there is another one I'm coming to your apartment."

"Well ok then. See ya later."

"Byeee." I shut the door and sighed.

"Who was that?"

"Oh. Just my friend Saitama."

"Monster attack. What's that all about?"

"Oh. The day I saw you on the bench, some monsters crashed through here and attacked me. I killed one and Sai and Genos took care of the other ones."
