Chapter 28

Umji P.O.V

I woke up with a headache which maybe because of the whole crying yesterday, but I also woke up with something hugging me so tight. I didn't have to turn around to know who it was. I mean no one in their right mind will hug me unless they wish to die, but I guess if it's Yoongi I'll let it pass. I slowly undo his arms around my waist to see if I could get out.

"Don't." His raspy morning voice sends shivers down my spine or maybe just feeling his hot breath hit my neck was the cause of it. But it didn't matter, he will always have an effect on my body.

"And why should I listen to you?" I turn my body around and grab a pillow along my way to put a border between us.

"Because you love me." His words cut me out, guard.

"N-no I d-dont!!" I stutter, there when my change of trying to hide being flustered.

"Eun Wo broke it off with me." I would be lying if a whole full-on smile didn't spread around my face.

"Why do I care? Do you need a hug to heal your broken heart?" I tease him a little. He opens one of his eyes and gave me a smirk.

"Actually I do." Soon I found myself again in his arms but this time my head was so close to his chest that if I look up I will meet his beautiful lips.

"Yah!! Let go!" I hit his chest which was a mistake because now I realize he is shirtless.

"Don't pretend you don't like being in my embrace." I rolled my eyes, but I won't deny that I don't like it.

"You know I don't like being an emotional support person, so just go with your friends." I push him away only to embrace harder.

"Oh Yewonie, I'm not heartbroken." I look up.

"What? What's she like the love of your life?" He looks down at me.

"She was." I furrow my eyebrows.

She was? What does he mean by that? Like he likes someone else now?

Thinking about him liking someone else just brought my whole mood down.

"Oh." That's all I could say, yet again I lost him.

"Do you want to know who stole my heart?"

Yes!!

"No, I don't care." I crossed my arms, and put some distance between us.

"I'm going to tell you anyway, she's making the cutest pout ever making her cute cheeks puff more."

"W-what? The only person beside you is me? Do you mean me?... OH MY GOD!! YOU MEAN ME!!" I quickly cover my mouth to hide my excitement.

"That's cool." I put my head down to keep my smile from showing.

"What about you? Do you have anyone you like?" I pop my head out again.

"Of course."

"Really?"

"I like myself very much." The way he smiles drop so fast made me laugh.

"Oh." I felt the way his grip around me loosely that if I wanted I was able to get out. I gave myself a little pep talk before doing the next step.

I unfolded my arms and grab his head making sure he was facing me, with a little push my lips touch his. Soon I felt his arm wrap my waist hard again pushing my closer deepening the kiss. It was our second kiss but this time it felt magical, most people say it is like flying but to me, it felt like I was falling, not to something bad but to something so good that I felt so much happiness running threw my body.

I was the first to pull away and his smile made me give him a little peck on his nose.

"I like you too."

"I know."

I put my head on his chest again to avoid him seem the way my cheeks were turning red.

"You know we broke the rules right?" He whispers low but I was able to hear him.

"Yeah, but we never wrote it down on a piece of paper so let's act like the rule was never there." He chuckles.

"I guess your right."

After that, we felt in complete silence, but it was comfortable silence like the one we're you are trying to process that the person you like also likes you back. And for the first time in two years, I felt so much happiness that I wasn't afraid of letting my walls down for him.

"You know no other person is doing it like us before we could like each other we were already married." I giggle and hit his chest lightly.

"Shut up, let's just hold each other right now and think about this later, okay?"

"Anything you want, my love."

The nickname shouldn't have made me blush harder than I was, but now I felt likey my cheeks were on fire.

3rd P.O.V

They mostly spend the day in each other arms not wanting to let go. Both of them fear that all of this was maybe a dream and they soon will wake up. It didn't felt real to them at all, but it was and that was what scared them. They were sitting on the couch watching a movie and Umji keep looking at Yoongi's hand.

She wishes nothing more than to intertwine their hands together, but maybe it was too much to ask for. They did kiss and she shouldn't felt so intimate but fuck was she nervous to asked. Yoongi seems to notice the way Umji keep looking down.

"Hey, is there something wrong?" His voice was so gentle that it made Umji heartbeat go faster.

"It's nothing." She said, but Yoongi wasn't convinced. He gently places a hand on Umji chin and slowly raises her head so she was facing him instead of the ground.

"Is it because we are moving to fast? Do you want this to stop?"

"NO!! No, I want this, I been fucking waiting for this is just... that... you'd look so much cuter holding my hand, but it's whatever, it's fine, really." Yoongi laughs because this cute girl sitting right next to him can take all of his heart. He quickly intertwines his hand with hers.

"Better?" And all Umji could do was bite the inside of her cheeks to hold her smile and gave him a nod. They both turn to look at the TV again, but this time while holding hands.
