"Peter?" You tapped his shoulder. It was gym class already, the day was just flying away from you. "Peter?" You tapped him again. You and the rest of your pe classmates were sitting in the bleachers. The coach was trying to cue up some weird captain America video, but the TV wasn't cooperating. "Peter!" You swatted the back of his head.

"Ow! What?" He finally turned towards you.

"I'm worried Peter." You stated. Oh yeah, while you, yes you dear reader, were scrolling between chapters, a lot had happened. You, yes you in this story, had a vision. It was different than the rest and very unclear. Obviously, this future had something to do with Peter, and it was also a really bad one. Imagine blood, dirt, and Peter lying in the sand with a bruised and beaten face surrounded by fire. Got it? Yes, it was horrific. And part of you had a feeling it was part of your birdman prophecy.

"About what." He leaned in because you were both whispering.

"It's kinda hard to explain." You breathed.

"Well, we have until Coach Whinston fixes the TV, which might take all period. Tell me." He actually sounded genuinely worried.  All-day today, since you saw that vision, every time you saw his face, you saw that awful image. And it broke your heart.

"I can see the future." You admitted though it was no secret since everyone seemed to tease you about it.

"I figured something like that." He smiled, showing his slightly crooked teeth. You took a sharp breath. "Did you see something?"

"Seriously? You actually believe me?" You raised your eyebrows.

"Trust me, I have seen and experienced a lot of weird things myself, I believe you." He glanced down, sounding like he was talking to himself, clinging to every word. He looked back at you after a short pause. "What did you see?"

"You." That word floated off your tongue like a dove flying from a cage. He didn't respond, just stared into your eyes with his own chocolaty brown was.  "I saw you."

"What was I doing?" He asked. You were still confused as to how he didn't think it was so weird. It honestly seemed such a lie to you, but you had seen it yourself.

"Soothsayer telling you one of her prophecies?" Flash butted in with an evil grin on his face.

"Don't call me soothsayer, wood head." You scowled.

"Don't call me wood head, soothsayer." He smirked.

"Get your face out of here and stick your nose someplace else." Peter frowned, narrowing his eyebrows.

"Oh, Penis Parker. Didn't see you there." Flash punched Peter's arm a little harder than with kindness.

"Uh, yeah you did." Peter flattened his dull expression. "You literally were talking to me when you so rudely interrupted."

"Oh yeah... I'm just gonna... hey did he finish fixing the tv!?" Flash scooted next to his friends. You had to hold back a laugh.

"As you were saying?" Peter began to laugh a little himself.

"Oh right..." You glanced around the room nervously. "I saw something about you."

Peter's eyes went wide, and you could sense he was nervous. Why was he nervous already? You hadn't even told him yet! "Y-Y-You did? I um... did you find something out?"

Why was he so nervous? "You were lying on the floor. Well, actually it was sand. And you were covered in blood and bruises, and you looked... Well, awful."

"WasI wearing anything erm... weird?" Peter asked. Why was that his first question? And since when did he care about fashion? "N-not in a erm... uncomfortable way. But like..."
