Chapter 24: Are these feelings I'm singing?

Josh: *I wake up with you still on my lap and I smile at you. When I see you move and slowly look like your about to get up, I close my eyes and pretend to be sleeping.*
Olivia: *I wake up and realize I'm not in my bed. I look up and see I'm laying on top of your lap.* Oh gosh... did I fall asleep on top of him?! I wonder why he didn't move me. Shoot, I think he's still sleeping. Get up Olivia! *I sit up*
Josh: *I open my eyes.* Oh hey Olivia *yawns* What time is it?
Olivia: Good morning Josh. Um, I don't know. *I grab my phone* It is.... 8:30
Tim: *texts Josh and Olivia* Hey, I need you two here at 10. We want to work "I Think I Kinda You Know".
Josh: Well, we better get ready.... well you better go get ready *laughs*. Us guys don't take half the time it takes for you girls to get ready.
Olivia: Hey, we don't take that long.... Ok... maybe we do.
Josh: Mhm
Olivia: Well, I mean, I always look good right?
Josh: For sure.... ushally. Just kidding. *I laugh*
Olivia: You better be. *I laugh.* You look ok most of the time.
Josh: *I laugh*. You sure about that? Because personally I think I'm nailing this bed- well- this couch head hair. *laughs*
Olivia: 100% *I laugh*
Josh: *Laughs* Well, *I get up* I'm gonna go to the bathroom.
Olivia: You go do that buddy. *I laugh*
Josh: Hey, when you gotta go, you gotta go. *I laugh* *I get in the bathroom and once I finish I decide to wash my face.* *Sings that song he made in his live* Your lovely. If you could see what I see, You'd know your like a movie, the ones that make believe. Cause your lovely, and I know you don't believe me. Just hear the words I'm singing. In this song I wrote for you.
Olivia: *I am sitting on the couch and I hear you singing. I get up and walk over to the door. *is that- that song from that live? Yes! omg that's the song he made for me*
Josh: *I add more onto the song that wasn't in the live* *I turn the sink on*
*sings* Your lovely after spending time beside you. I think I'm falling for you.
*turn the sink off*

*Meanwhile*

Olivia: *I keep listening to it* *it's so good- wait.... what did he just sing? Something about falling?- couldn't hear it. Guess it's a secret* *I walk back to the couch*

Olivia: *I scroll through instagram while I wait for you to come back*
Josh: *I come out humming the song*
Olivia: Hey Josh, I heard you singing your song... it was lovely. *I laugh*
Josh: *sh*t* *I say under my breath*
*My face turns super red* Oh. *I laugh nervously* Thanks. Did you hear all of it?
Olivia: No... you turned on the sink and I couldn't here it. Why? Should I have not heard it?
Josh: Oh nothing. *I feel relived*
Olivia: I don't know if I ever thanked you for the song but it was amazing. It was a real confidence booster at the time and I loved it.
Josh: Your welcome. I'm always here for you.
Olivia: Well I gotta get ready... what time can you pick me up?
Josh: Are you trying to kick me out? *I laugh*
Olivia: Never. I just need to get ready. Though I'm sure Tim would love this hoodie, I still feel I need to change. *I laugh*
Josh: You could wear it to a day of filming.
Olivia: Wait- that's a really good idea. *I laugh*
Josh: *I laugh*
Olivia: *my phone buzzes* *looks at phone* *I see 1 unopened text from momma L*
Josh: What's up?
Olivia: Oh my mom just told me that they left early this morning to grab breakfast and will be home later.
Josh: Good thing you got a personal chauffeur *laughs*
Olivia: Good thing *laughs* So what time will you be back over?
Josh: 9:45 good?
Olivia: Okay sounds good. Well I will see you at 9:45 then.
Josh: Okey see you then. Tell your moms it was nice meeting them.
Olivia: Will do! By Joshy!
Josh: *Smiles* *I walk out the door and to my car. I get in and drive off*

Josh: *I get a call from Matt*
Matt: *on the phone* Hey Josh! When's your vocal rehersal?
Josh: *on the phone* Mines at 10... what about you?
Matt: Oh mines at 12. So what are you up too?
Josh: I'm in my car driving at the moment
Matt: Were you with Olivia?
Josh: Maybe....
Matt: Dude... just ask her out already.
Josh: I can't. Not right now...
Matt: Why not. She's totally into you.
Josh: How would you know that?
Matt: Do you not see the way she looks at you?
Josh: I don't know man. She just got out of a relationship... and I haven't known her that long.
Matt: You guys spend every spare minute with each other. I heard you guys already wrote a song... right?
Josh: Yeahhhh...
Matt: Just ask her out man. I'm telling you. Do you want me to talk to her about it?
Josh: Dude, we are not 5. No. Maybe I'll ash her out- I don't know... but for now we are really good friends and I love the relationship we have. I don't want to ruin it.
Matt: I get that. But still, I think you should just go for it.
Josh: I think I'm gonna wait. Why do you care so much if we are together?
Matt: You guys are just too cute like I can't with you two. *laughs*
Josh: Well haha, thanks but like I said, I'm gonna wait it out. I don't think she's ready yet and even if she was, it's too soon.
Matt: Alright fine. But you better tell her at one point.
Josh: I'll talk to you later Matt.
Matt: Bye Josh.
