Chapter 39: Falling for Ya

Olivia: *I can't do this anymore. I can't hold this inside anymore.* Josh?
Josh: Yeah? *I put my guitar aside*
Olivia: Last night when we were under the lights singing on stage everything was perfect. I didn't feel broken. My heart felt full again. Then when the song ended and the lights fell, I panicked. I didn't know what to do. But I can't do this anymore. I don't feel like I'm faking. You light up a room every time you walk in it. Your smile sends my heart spiraling. Your kindness and love always pours out into everything around you. I can't keep this locked up anymore. And I know I messed up yesterday and I will understand if you don't feel this way anymore but I just- I needed to get that off my chest. *Did I just- I did*
Josh: *Did she just- she just said she- was that a- oh my god* *I smile big* *think Bassett, THINK!* I'm not faking either, I- I- *I lean toward you slowly and kiss you*
Olivia: *I kiss back* *I love this. I wanted this. This is perfect.*
Josh: *I pull back and smile at you* *sings* "when we're underneath the lights my hearts no longer broken, for a moment just for a moment" *I laugh a little bit*
Olivia: You're Adorable Joshy
Josh: *my face turns super red* Does this mean...that you...that your ready? Please don't run away this time.
Olivia: I'm so ready. I won't run from you ever again. I pinky promise *I put out my pinky*
Josh: *I link on* That....that makes me so happy.
Liv, your my best friend. You have the kindest heart, *I tear up* your so funny, have the most beautiful voice, and you're just so special. I'm so grateful to have you in my life....you really are the best. *laughs* And I'm overwhelmingly happy about what just happened.
Olivia: Me too! C-Can I kiss you again?
Josh: *I bite my lip and nod*
Olivia: *I kiss you*
Josh: *this....this is perfect*
Olivia: *Finally! I did it! Josh is so incredible and things could not be more amazing than right now*

Josh: I swear if my alarm clock goes off and I wake up laying in bed.. I will cry. I will actually cry. As the 2 year old boy I am *I laugh*
Olivia: *I laugh* Yeah this is 100% real. No tears necessary.
Josh: Oh good... we don't need you to see my ugly crying face *I laugh*
Olivia: Well I don't think anything about you could ever be ugly. Quite the opposite actually...
Josh: *I smile* Just kiss me
Olivia: *smiles* Your wish is my command *I lean over and kiss you*
Josh: *she's so- I'm just- ugh this is more then perfect*
Olivia: *Josh is so- I never want this moment to end* I love this so much Josh
Josh: Me too... so I guess yesterday's moment really wasn't enough and this really is the start of something new *try's not to laugh*
Olivia: Oh my gosh *laughs* What a dork. But, definitely... it's the start of something new
Josh: Dork again?!
Olivia: Oh that's your name now *laughs*
Josh: Oh gosh *laughs*
Olivia: Hey Dorky?
Josh: *rolls eyes and laughs* Yeah?
Olivia: What are we? I mean if you don't want a label or if you don't want to go far or- sorry. I was just wondering.
Josh: Whatever makes you comfortable. As long as we're together, I'm happy.
Olivia: Do you want to- to be my boyfriend?
Josh: I'd love to be your boyfriend... as long as you be my girlfriend... *I have the biggest grin on my face*
Olivia: *laughs* Yay! Joshy's my boyfriend! Joshy's my boyfriend!
Josh: And Livi's my girlfriend! *I laugh* We are such goofballs.
Olivia: Yes we are. And that's why we work. Did I just quote hsmtmts?
Josh: and I believe Nini kissed Ricky right after he said that....
Olivia: Are you hinting at something Josh?
Josh: Maybe.. possibly..
Olivia: Oh just shut up *I lean over but I kiss your cheek*
Josh: Hey, you missed *I laugh* great, now I'm quoting Elf.
Olivia: What did I miss?
Josh: You missed.
Olivia: Ohhh your lips. I don't know if I was going for those. *I laugh*
Josh: *I sarcastically gasp* *I laugh* So Liv, what are we going to tell everyone?
Olivia: Oh yeah other people exist. I don't know. Should we tell everyone or do we want to wait?
Josh: We can just let them figure it out. There's no reason to just walk on set and be like "ATTENTION WE ARE DATING"
Olivia: I mean I may need to tell like one or 2 people but otherwise I'm down to let everyone just figure it out.
Josh: Whatever you want. *I laugh* My mom would be happy to know... and also Matt.... he's been kinda rooting for us *I laugh*
Olivia: Yeah so has Sofia. I kinda needed some help figuring out my feelings.
Josh: Oh my gosh thats so funny. This whole time we just went to other other co-stars. I wonder if they know what each other knew.
Olivia: Wait... we should have them both come over and tell them... but like in a funny way. Like you could get up to get water or something and kiss me before you leave and confuse them.
Josh: Wait, thats so funny. I'm totally down! *I get a text from Matt* speaking of which.... Matt asked me if he left his watch in his car from earlier today. I think he did cause I noticed it and just kinda ignored it when we went to Toro's... I could just invite him over to come get it.
Olivia: Oh and I'll tell Sofia we're having a movie night just the four of us. Then when Matt comes over, just invite him in to come watch.
Josh: Sounds good *I text Matt* "Oh yeah! I saw it and was wondering who's it was lol. Anyway, Liv and I were about to have a little movie night... if you wanted to join us... and she invited Sofia... so the 4 of us can just have a mini party lol.
Matt: *texts Josh* Oh sounds fun! I can be there in 15 minutes
Olivia: *texts Sofia* Hey girl! You wanna come join Matt, Josh, and I for a movie night at Josh's place?
Sofia: *texts Olivia* I'll be there in 10! ooooo Josh?!
Olivia: *texts Sofia* Shut up Sof lol
Sofia: *texts Olivia* Fine... I know, I know.
Olivia: Okay we're good on Sofia.
Josh: and Matt's on his way! So what should we watch? I'd say HSM 3, but we have to watch that with the whole cast... Oh! What about Teen Beach Movie? Classic.
Olivia: How did you know exactly what I was about to say?
Josh: I can read your mind *I wiggle my fingers in front of your face and make wide eyes*
Olivia: Wow. I'm shocked. My boyfriend is a mind reader.
Josh: Boyfriend... I like the sound of that.
Olivia: Me too. *I really like calling him my boyfriend. It feels so right*
Josh: I can tell you what your thinking right now...and I quote, "yay! Joshy's my boyfriend! Joshy's my boyfriend!" *I say in a high pitched voice*
Olivia: You're too smart, but I don't sound like that!
Josh: I told you *I finally break my poker face and laugh* Anyway, I'm gonna make some popcorn... butter or kettle.
Olivia: Mmmm Butter. Classic Movie theater style
Josh: Yesss we goin full classic tonight *I get up and head to my kitchen and get out the popcorn and put it in the microwave*
