You cant have a group hug without me

When Sicheng wakes the next day he's in a fog, Johnny walks in and notices he isn't right. He walks straight to him and hugs him as tight as he can and the smaller just cries into his shoulder. He needs this more than anything. He didn't notice the others walking in until they all surrounded him in their arms. He sobs even harder, letting it all out until their moment is interrupted by their new friend and light in their dimly lit world walking in.
"Hey you can not have a group hug without me." Haechan says pouting, with mark chuckling behind him. Sicheng nods and wraps his arms around him while Haechan pats his hair and gently speaks encouraging words to him.
"He's going to be ok, he loves you so much and he's going to wake up because he wants to thank you for taking such good care of him." Sicheng shakes his head while still buried in Haechan's shoulder.
"No, I don't deserve him." He whispers. There is a collective gasp in the room as everyone is shocked to hear this. All of them knowing it's completely false and if Yuta was awake right now he would say it was the opposite.
"Honey, do you know when I would call Mark on those nights he was away from me and I'd ask him about Yuta, I mean he was pretending to be his boyfriend I had to know if he was competition." Sicheng looks up slightly to listen.
"He told me don't worry baby, you know how much I love you. And I would say yes but, and he would say, no but's as much as I know that no one could ever take your place. I know that no one can ever take the place of Sicheng in Yuta's eyes." Sicheng looks into haechan's eyes searching for lies and finds none.
Johnny steps up and grabs Sicheng by the shoulders and looks him in the eye.
"When all of this first went down he was broken. I've never seen him like this ever. I honestly thought he was going to go mad and blow the whole investigation. He always knew that he was hurting you and it tore him apart. He barely slept, hardly ate and beat himself up every chance he had. He told me he's never loved anyone, until you. So please hang in there, hold onto him because he never let go of you even when you had no choice but to let go of him."
Sicheng was frozen, he never knew this, he didn't really know the torture Yuta faced while they were not together. Honestly he never really had time to think about it, he was too busy apologizing and feeling the weight of the guilt he didn't even know Yuta had carried with him.
"Thank you guys, I really needed you today." He hugs his little brother then goes to the closet to gather his clothes.
"Since you guys are here I'll go shower. But can you stay for a while today? I need someone to talk to, I'm getting kind of lonely." He smiles shyly as the rest nod their heads. They all take turns greeting Yuta and telling him to stop being such a lazy ass and wake up already. Then Ten and Taeyong set up the food they had prepared for this morning, well Taeyong prepared it while ten watched.
The day turned out to be pretty well, he got to catch up with what has been going on in their lives while he was here.
"Ten, I never got to tell you how happy I am that you are back. Taeyong was always a sweet happy person but when you came into his life he was 100 times more. He was happier than ever, I think he was frustrated with me most of the time but when you arrived in his life it was like all of that didn't matter anymore because no matter how much trouble I caused him, you made it better just by being by his side." Ten had tears in his eyes when Sicheng finished.
"Thank you Sicheng, I'm glad we are all friends and I'm happy to be back too." They hugged and then Taeyong came in for one too.
"I love you Sicheng, we all do don't forget that. I left food for you so eat up. Also I know Yuta would be proud of you for taking care of yourself as we all are so keep it up." He smiles and kisses Sicheng's forehead.
"I'm going to drop Ten off at work then head to class, I'll see you tomorrow." They head out as the rest sit and visit. Johnny walks over to Yuta's bed and holds his hand.
"Hey, um yeah you need to hurry and wake up. The club is doing good but I still need you there, oh and just so you know I've hired a couple temporary employees for the bar to lighten Sicheng and Jade's load. Sicheng is on leave again so he is still receiving pay but he's obviously not coming in." He glances at Sicheng who is in a deep conversation with Renjun.
"You really need to hurry man, he needs you more than ever. He's hurting but he tries not to show it, he doesn't cry around us but lately he's had a hard time and can't hold it in. We all want you to hurry by the way. Oh and Renjun is doing great I'm sure you were wondering, he's still in counseling and after his run in with his parents he needs it even more. I haven't told him yet." He looks around to make sure no one is listening.
"But I do have feelings for him, more than I'm ready to admit. He's wormed his way into my heart and I just hope that after he figures it all out, there is still room for me." He squeezes Yuta's hand then leans in and hugs him.
"I love you man." He says getting up and letting someone else have a turn.
Mark decides to go next and when he talks it's mostly about the status of the trials for the sex offenders and updates on some of the survivors. He of course always throws in an I'm sorry this happened to you and he updates him on how close Johnny and himself have gotten. Johnny rather than being his sworn enemy is more like a brother.
After everyone gets a chance to talk to Yuta and Sicheng they leave for the day but Renjun decided to stay overnight with Sicheng tonight to spend more time with his brother. They haven't been able to see each other as often and they both really miss each other. Sicheng didn't even realize how much he missed everyone until today.
For this long journey he's been on and facing with Yuta he's glad to have friends or family like them to keep him balanced.
With a clear head he sits and thinks about Yuta and what he was told, he doesn't doubt in any way that yuta loved him it all comes down to would he still want him around? He's not sure but he might give Yuta the chance to make that choice rather than do it for him.
