After I got all signed in I went to my room #36. My room was down the hall from the girl that said hi to me in line. My room was dark green with a camo bed sheet and a blue sky painted on one wall. My bathroom was even more luxurious. It had a jacuzzi tub and a rain fall shower.

I never want to get off this ship, I thought to myself.

Then there was a knock on my door, it was my dad.

But then it hit us like a ton of bricks. "BOOM." Bursting into the sky the ship went. We were instructed to brace ourselves which would have been a great idea I thought as the air got thinner. We got our oxygen masks.

When the hustling calmed down, an announcement came over the PA.

"Sorry for the terrible sudden jolt we accidentally triggered one of Ruski's bombs. This has triggered a chain reaction and all other bombs were set off. We are now the only humans in existence."

No more earth.

That's when it hit me. Jardan is now gone forever. My best friend. My dad's facial expression changed with mine but in a different way. He started smiling. "I have a surprise for you."

"What?" I said through my tears.

"Follow me." he said. I did as I was told only to find about 250 some sheep all in a huge holding facility. And there, right in front, my Jardan. I was so happy to see her. My best friend still exists.

The next hour or so I was settling in but I got bored and decided to go out and meet some new people. The first person I encounter is Allie, the girl from the line earlier. In my sadness I didn't realize how beautiful she was. I talked to her and her brother for hours about things that involve teens nowadays. (Good music, fun, social life, school, etc.) The longer we talked the more I like Allie. So sweet and gentle and unharmed. I could just feel it. I am going to fall in love with her.
