Matthew and I may or may not have been friends up to this point.
He hasn't even been consider a good friend, just a friend.

•October 2013•
Matt came over to my house to hang out after school. We went upstairs to my room and talked about how our day went, he then brought up this,
"Hey Andrea we've been friends for about two months, and I still don't have your number." he said.
He wants my number? Oh hell no was I going to give this kid my number. Just because we are friends doesn't mean I still don't think he's a creep.
"I don't want to give you my number." I spoke truthfully.
"Oh c'mon Andrea, I just want to talk to you more," he pleaded.
I shook my head no as he groaned and changed the subject.
-
It was now about 9pm & Matt was about to go home. I walked him over to the door, as he opened the door he said goodbye, and embraced me in a hug?
"What the hell?" I said as I pushed him off of me and he laughed as I closed the door,I slid down on the floor.
I sighed, as I felt something inside my back pocket?
It was a piece of paper folded up crookedly. I opened it up and giggled to the note.
'Since you won't give me your number, I'll give you mine instead, text me
-Matt ;)'Alongside with that on the bottom of the note was his number. I didn't text him because honestly I just didn't want too.
-
I walked in science, first period. Hoping to see Matthew waiting patiently for me, because he actually makes that class fun, and that's the only class I have with him.
As I set foot inside the classroom I frowned as he wasn't there yet, he's probably late I thought to myself.
-
And so the class continued on with no Matthew, and honestly it was boring. I'm pretty sure he skipped.
-
I sat down at the lunch table with my group of friends at the 'popular table' as normal regular unpopular kids called it.
My friend Taylor Caniff took a seat next to me as we ate. A couple weeks ago I found out that he was also friends with Matthew.
So I asked him if he had any idea where Matt was. "He's sick." he commented. "Oh," is all I said.
"Why? Aww did Andrea miss Matt?!" Taylor said. "Oh shut up no I didn't, I was just asking geez." I said.
"It's okay I miss him too." Taylor said.
Honestly it felt like I haven't seen Matt in a month. The day went by so slow without Matthew by my side, doing and saying the stupidest shit ever.
-
I went upstairs to my room and laid in my bed with boredom. I groaned with annoyance and then remembered Matthew giving me his number.
I decided to text him.:
A: Hey it's Andrea ((:
M: Yay you finally texted! Did ya miss me?! ;)
A: Haha, nope, I actually had some peace without you.
M: Imma FaceTime you :)
A: okay.
I answered Matt's FaceTime call as I could see that his face looked really sick.
We talked about how are day went, and random stuff. Matthew then had to go,
"Bye best friend!" Matthew yelled through my phone.
"Haha you wish Espinosa!" I yelled back as I hanged up.
I then realized what time it was, 3 am.
I have been facetiming Matt for 5 hours.
-
I decided to get in bed and sleep, but couldn't because Matthew kept sending me text messages, which I didn't mind because I still wanted to talk to him, so all night long,
I texted Matthew.
