"I said 'I miss you'. I said 'Good night', as if I'm feeling just fine. I've endured well, tears are finally falling . . ."
*****
The sound of a heavy traffic can be heard throughout the city. Lots of kinds people were walking, passing each other abruptly like the time swiftly shift its third hand. And amidst of those busy street, there stood a boy named Accio Henceworth, holding a folded umbrella on his left hand while the latter was grasping a strap of the said messenger bag. It was cloudy and drops of rain started to poured out from the dusk sky.
Accio slowly spread out his umbrella and held it tightly as he began to step on the wet road. He took out a small A4 size paper away from his pocket and then unfold it carefully.
"Mariana Private Hospital, so this is where my Mom worked as a nurse . . ." Accio muttered as he walk, still holding an umbrella.
The traffic light suddenly turned into green which made Accio stopped his track. And on his opposite lane was an aged man, probably in his forties, hiding his two hands on the front pocket of the brown trench coat that he wore. His face was also been hidden from his brown hat.
When the light turned red, the two human beings crossed the road opposite to each other, not greeting to the other party as if they don' t know each other; However, the aged man secretly smile behind his hat and he stopped his feet from walking then looked back unto the boy whom he was passing by not a minute ago.
"You' ve grown enough my son . . ." He muttered, flowing in the wind.
-- The End --
"Like the flowing wind, I won't be able to catch you. Through the gap of my five fingers, you escaped. Flowing away somewhere far, far away. Far, far away . . ."
