WHATEVER!
"Why is it so boring? Whatever I do, I'm not interested. Why is time so slow? Everything is just so annoying . . ."
*****
Today wasn' t as good as what I thought it would be. Kidding aside from the fact that I won second place on the game tournament, yesterday. Things didn' t go the way what' ve always planned and it actually sucks out of hell . . .
And here I am today leaning om my bed because, shett. I got sick.
I suddenly stop inputting context on the phone after my elder brother went abruptly inside my room. I mean, he always do that every time I' m done eating my breakfast. Not that I' trying to kick him out of my room.
"Ininom mo na ba ang gamot mo?" He asks in in his usual tone almost everyday which irritates me.
When will he stop asking me the same question everyday? I typed.
"Tapos na, Kuya . . ." I retort the same answer repetitively. Redundancy as its finest.
Continuing to clutch the phone while resting my body on the blue-themed bed, my elder brother told me he' s going now to his work and immediately left me. I sigh heavily after his departure then decides to stand up then lazily visits my pc. I turn it on and immediately click the icon of League of Legends.
I' m gonna play today. I say to myself.
Even if I' m not in good condition, I can still destroy the turret with three of my teammates. And now, I' m about to go ahead of the enemy' s nexus when someone suddenly opened the door of my room.
"Hala!"
I continue playing LoL, not minding my older sister' s sudden shout. She already knew that I' m obsessed with online games.
"Dale, naglalaro ka na naman ng LoL. Matulog ka nga muna, pa' no ka gagaling kung lagi ka nalang tunganga sa pc." She budge in then try moving my swivel chair that I sit on away from the computer.
"Ate, maawa ka naman sakin. Ngayon lang ulit ako nakapaglaro after being sick for almost one week tapos ngayon, 'yung halos twenty five minutes kong paglalaro ng LoL kukunin mo parin sakin. You' re so greedy." I say grumpily then force my body to land on the bed again.
"Alam mo Dale, 'yang paglalaro mo din naman ang naging sanhi kung bakit laging prone to sickness ka. I' m just trying to tell you to have an enough rest para maka-play ka ulit ng LoL nang dire-diretso, but you won' t listen to me." Older sister shut down the computer then face me again.
"Oh, shut up . . ." I say silently.
I thought she' s going to sermon me, for the last time, but instead she just kiss my forehead then on my left cheek.
"Mahal ka ni Ate Sharmaine mo, you' re going to get better . . ." She lovingly pat my head before leaving me speechless on my bedroom. As the door slowly closes, I realize something . . .
I got a loving siblings. I typed on my phone.
-- The End --
"I wanna fling everything away go and just play. Don't stop me, I'm goin out. I wanna forget everything go and just play, I'm telling the night sky. Gonna play today! Gonna play today! . . ."
