Ashton and I woke up roughly around 10. It was still a little bit chilly once everyone was awake and Luke and Ashton decided to attempt to cook us all a decent breafast. However, neither of them could really cook so we had no choice but to eat burnt bacon and runny (axidently scrambled) eggs on toast.

"Mm, nothing better than a bit of over cooked bacon to start the morning" said Michael who was gnawing at his nearly black piece of bacon.

"Shut up Michael, you can't talk, you burn toast!"

We all let out a laugh after Luke's remark and Michael decided to remain quiet.

"So what's on for today?" Asked Cleo as she picked at her breakfast with a fork and looked at it with disgust.

Calum was the first to respond. "It's supposed to be warm today, maybe we could all go to the beach and afterwards grab an ice-cream or something?"

Cleo nodded and gave Calum a smile.

"So what do you say guys?" Cleo chirped in.

"Uh... well.." Michael started but was cut off by Luke who nudged him in the ribs. Michael was clearly hungover and didn't like the sounds of this.

"Yeah, it sounds like a good idea!" Said Luke who was winking at Michael.

"I just want to sleep all day and play Fifa" grumbled Michael.

"Maybe you shouldn't of had so much to drink!" Yelled Calum who was laughing at a very hungover and sooky Michael.

"Alright, so we'll leave in an hour. Luke can drive us boys and Holly can drive Cleo?" Said Ashton as he eyed everyone in the kitchen to make sure they were listening. We all nodded and Cleo and I raced upstairs to start getting ready.

"Seriously shut up or I'm going to give you something to sook about" said Calum who glared angrily at Michael who hadn't shut up the entire way to the beach.

Although Ashton had made car arrangments before we had left, I had somehow ended up with Calum, Cleo and Michael in my car and Luke ended up with only Ashton in his.

Michael had annoyed everyone as he would complain about how much his head hurts and how all he wanted to do was sleep.

"Suck it up princess" I recall saying to him just as I had pulled out of my driveway.

As we climbed out of the car, Luke and Ashton were already waiting for us and they were both leaning on the side of Luke's car. They were both glued to their phones and I laughed when Luke fiddled with his black lip ring as he stared at his phone.

both of their head shot up as they noticed us walking towards them.

"About time you guys got here" said Ashton who was smirking at me. I blushed and then looked down at the ground as Ashton walked over towards me and intertwined my fingers with his.

"Luke, I am telling you now that I am not hoping in the car with Michael on the way back, you can take him!" Said Calum. Luke laughed. "Was he really that bad?" Asked Luke. Cleo, Calum and I all nodded our heads at Luke.

"Come on I wasn't that bad!!" Said Michael.

"Wasn't that bad my ass" mumbled Calum and Cleo giggled at his remark.

After making our way down to the beach and laying out our towls on the sand, all of the boys (except Michael) raced towards the water and Cleo and I decided to sun bake.

"So you and Ashton are pretty cute together" said Cleo.

"Yeah.." I mumbled back.

She giggled. "Come on you guys know it and you guys are going to date sooner or later... I can just see it" she replied with a wide grin across her face.

I sighed. "Yeah I would like that to happen but lets just see what happens first, I mean you never know what could happen" I replied.

Cleo was all of a sudden now sitting up and glaring at me. "You better not be trying to talk yourself out of this. I know that you two like each other and yeah I understand why you's aren't together but there is no reason why it can't work. If you guys are really meant to be together, it will work. Trust me."

I didn't know how to respond other than just say "okay, I trust you."

I really wanted to tell Cleo that I thought that she was right and she did have a point but I didn't want her to try and force a relationship between Ashton and I. I didn't know if things would ever work out and if we would ever end up together, I just didn't know what to expect.

The day went by slowly but I was enjoying every minute of it. Cleo and I had moved from our spots on our towls and had joined Luke, Ashton and Calum in the water as Michael lay under the beach umbrella.

More than once Ashton would lift me up into the air and throw me off his shoulder and into the water, I would scream as I was mid air for only a few seconds before I would plunge into the freezing cold ocean water.

The sun had dissapeared and now darkness was approaching and we raced up to the cars. Michael wasn't so grumpy anymore after he had been asleep under the beach umbrella for most of the day.

Ashton, Calum and Cleo had climbed into my car and Luke was stuck with Michael.

As we approached my place, Cleo and Calum jumped out of the car and Ashton remained seated before nodding his head at Calum and waving.

What is going on.

"Hey, is it okay if we swap places and I drive?" Ashton asked.

"Aren't we going inside with the others?" I asked.

Ashton shook his head.

"No, I want to take you somewhere. Just the two of us."
