2 weeks went by alot quicker than I had anticipated and before I knew it I was driving to the airport to pick up Cleo. She wasn't the only one who coming home today, the boys were also coming home and it just happened to the be same day as Cleo. I remember them telling me a few nights ago that they were flat out with interviews. That didn't really bother me. I knew that I might have to wait a few weeks until I got to hang out with them, but I didn't mind. They had a life of their own, and they just happened to be one of the most loved Australian bands known worldwide.

As I pulled up into a car park on the 2nd floor, I climbed out of my car and made my way inside the airport.

Just my luck, I got a nice little surprise when I walked past hundreds of screaming girls. 'They are here' I thought to myself as I kept walking. I walked no further than a few meters when I felt my phone vibrate in the pocket of my jeans.

I pulled out my phone to see that I had a new message.

I opened the message to see it was from Ashton.

Ashton: turn around.

Before I had the chance to reply I turned around to see five security and four familiar faces. They were all walking at a fast pace as they were followed by a crowd of screaming girls. I saw a hand and then a familiar face as Ashton waved and smiled at me. I waved back as they continued to walk off.

Some of girls gave me a weird look as they caught me waving at Ashton but most of them were too focused on following the boys.

I gave them a weird look back and continued to walk in the direction I was orignally walking down.

As I made my way to the gate that Cleo would walk out of once her plane had landed, I pulled out my phone and started typing a message.

To Ashton:
Hey, So I see you have yourself a little mob of fans?

From Ashton:
You bet I do haha, hey I'll call you later yeah?

I replied once more to Ashton as I reached the gate number Cleo had told me to look for.

I waited at the gate for roughly 20 minutes when I saw a familiar face jogging towards me while carrying her black handbag.

As she had finally made it over to me we both hugged each other tightly. I did not plan on letting her go anytime soon.

"I missed you" she whispered into my ear. "I missed you too" I whispered back. After standing in the middle of the airport with my arms wrapped tightly around Cleo, I finally let go and took a step back. "Look at you! You... you... look so different, you look great!" I shouted. She chuckled. "I only got a haircut, that's all" she replied. I laughed and then we both walked through the airport to get the rest of her luggage.

Whether Cleo had thought so or not, she had changed. She still had her gorgoeus black hair, except instead of it dangling just past her elbow, it now sat just above her shoulders. She looked alot tanner also, and she had that sparkle in her eye, I could tell that she was happy.

After grabbing the remaining luggage we walked over to my car and headed off to my place.

"You wouldn't believe who I saw at the airport?" I started.

"Who?" She asked.

"The boys."

She grinned. "The 5sos boys? The boys that you never shut up about?" I nodded.

"Yeah those boys."

She giggled. "You need to tell Ashton you like him?"
What. Nooo way. Until Cleo had brought it up, I had almost completely forgot that I still liked him. Well I didn't exactly forget, I had just been trying to keep my mind busy.

"No." I finally spoke.

She sighed. "Fine."

We finally pulled up at my place and walked inside.

"This place hasn't changed much" said Cleo.

"Why would it?" I asked.

She shrugged her shoulders.

For the rest of the day Cleo filled me in on the details about her new place and where she lived. I had already told her that I was now good friends with 5sos and she found it funny.

"Three months ago you would of drooled over the fact of meeting these four boys and you're like BFF's with them now" she spoke. I nodded. "Well sometimes the unexpected happens."

"That's for sure." She replied.

"You need to hang out with them sometime, like properly. Not just some party. Hopefully soon when they aren't so busy we can all hang out."

She laughed. "You and Ashton need to hook up." I rolled my eyes.

"Are you even listening to me?" She laughed and then nodded her head. "Yeah I am, and it sounds good but by what you have told over the past few weeks, there is something between you and Ashton if you realise it or not."

"Whatever" I mumbled.

"You haven't even like seen us properly together so how would you know?" I added.

She sighed. "Well I don't know and I guess you're right but if we all hang out together sometime and I see something going on being you two whether you can pick up on it or not, I'm going to do all that I can to make sure something gets done about" she replied.

"Hmm okay" I mumbled.

I was nervous at the thought of Cleo properly getting to know the boys, mainly just Ashton. I really did like him and Cleo could see that.

Nothing could ever happen between us though? Well. So I had thought.
