It had been nearly two weeks since I had last seen Ashton and the other boys. They were now somewhere in LA and I was carrying on with my boring life. Apart from chatting to Lilly every morning before work, I didn't really have anyone to keep me company. Ocassionally Cleo would call me to check up on me and ask me how things were. I was really missing her like crazy. A few days after the boys had left for LA, I remember telling Cleo everything that happened between Ashton and I. She told me that she wasn't one bit surprised.

She now knew that I liked him and she told me exactly what I thought she would say 'it's hopeless.' And I know that she was right. It was hopeless liking someone like Ashton who was insanely famous.

It was a Wednesday afternoon and I had just finished work. Once I was home, I plonked myself on the couch and flicked on the Tv. Once I had made myself comfortable, I felt my phone buzzing. I pulled it out of my pocket and answered.

"Hello?"

"Hey Holl"

I recognise that voice straight away. Ashton.

"Hey Ash, what's up?

"Hey, uh just seeing how you were?"

"Yeah I'm good.. you?"

"Yeah good."

The conversation dragged on, until he told me that he'll be in Australia in an month. For some reason we just kept talking and I took no notice of the time. It was good to hear his voice again.

Eventually, Michael and Calum also joined the phone call. I could here the excitment in their voices as they told me about all the shows they had coming up, and all the interviews they had just done.

"I really miss you guys" I spoke.

I could hear them all giggle.

"We miss you too Holl" said Calum.

I felt a huge grin spread across my face.

"We have to go, but take care!" Yelled out Michael and Ashton.

I giggled, before ending to call.

The weeks went by, and at least 4 times the boys had called me to tell me about all the awesome things they had just done. I was kind of jealous because I had never left Australia or even been to a concert, but I was pretty proud of the boys and I felt privaleged to actually personally know them.

It had been a month and a half since they had left and by now I was used to spending my nights alone by the TV.

On my way home I decided to stop by the fish n chip shop where Cleo and I used to go to all the time and grabbed myself some dinner. By the time I got home it was nearly 6pm.

As I reached for my phone to check my social media, I saw that I had 3 missed calls. I quickly called back the number and waited for an answer.

"Hello?" I heard a familiar voice answer the phone.

"Cleo?"

"Holly!" She yelled back.

"Hey! Uh you called me 3 times?"

"Yeah..." she paused. "I have good news."

Good news?

"Go on?"

"Well..." she started. "I'm coming back in 2 weeks for a little bit!" She squealed.

"Oh my god! Really!? Oh my god."

She laughed. "Yes Holly!"

I smiled. The thought of seeing Cleo again really did give me something to look forward to.

"Well, I got to go because otherwise my dinner will go cold, but I'll talk to you later."

"Okay bye."

I opened the bag of fish n chips and grabbed a handful of chips.

In two weeks I was seeing my bestfriend and I couldn't be happier.

AN: Another boring chapter completed, I'm sorry, it'll get better soon I promise!!!
