Sino ba pwedeng sumama o tumulong sa akin dito sa bucket list ko?

Last week ko pa pinag-iisipan 'yan. Ayaw kasi nila akong samahan. Sabi nila, gagawa-gawa pa daw ako ng list e hindi ko naman daw kayang i-accomplish ng mag-isa. Haler! Kaya ko naman. It's just that, it's fun when you have accomplished it with someone. Mas memorable pag ganon.

"Yo, list na naman?" Simon said, positioning himself beside me on the bed. I sighed. "'Di ka pa nakakahanap ng 'bucket list buddy' mo noh?"

I rolled my eyes at him. "Ikaw na lang kasi."

Nag-chuckle siya. "No way. Ayaw ko nga gumawa ng list na ganyan ta's isasama mo 'ko? LOL."

I nudged him. "Useless bestfriend." Sumimangot ako, kunwari nagtatampo.

Tumayo ako saka itinago yung notebook ko sa bedside table. I saw from my peripheral vision that he lied on my bed. Making himself feel at home.

Sumandal ako sa wall ng kwarto ko. "Kapal ha?"

Tumawa lang siya. Lumabas ako ng kwarto ko at dumiretso sa kitchen. I poured my glass with water and drank it while eyes closed. Gusto ko i-feel e.

"Sadie, couz!"

I almost choke in surprise when I heard that voice. Dumilat ako at nakita ko si Janella sa harap ko.

My eyes went wide. "Oh my! Janellaaaa!"

Mabilis kong nilapag yung baso sa counter at niyakap siya. Nagtatatalon kami habang magkayakap.

We both giggled. Unexpected 'to. Almost three months na din yata kaming hindi nagkikita dahil busy sa school works tapos taga Indang pa siya. Kaya ang makita siyang nandito ay nakaka-surprise talagaa.

Nang maka-recover kaming pareho sa kilig ay humiwalay na kami sa isa't-isa. We are still smiling from ear to ear.

"OMG talaga! I missed you!" Sabi ko sa kaniya. Pinigilan ko yung sarili ko na tumalon.

"Same here!" She replied. We walk towards the living room while hands intertwined. "Buti nga tapos na rehearsal ko e."

Umupo kami sa couch. Yaya came. She placed two glasses of iced tea and slices of cake on the table. Wow. Kanina niya pa yata alam na nandito si Janella, 'di man lang niya ako tinawag.

"Mmm . . . Kanina ka pa dito?" I asked her.

Nakangiti naman siyang tumango. "Yup. Magkausap kami ni Simon. More than an hour ago na nga yata. He didn't tell me na nandito ka. Aalis na nga sana ko e." Natatawa niyang sabi.

What the f?? 'Di man lang ako ininform ni Simon? Gusto niya yatang ma-solo si Janella e.

"Loko-loko," I chuckled.

We decided to take a walk at our village. Kaming dalawa lang. Tamang chill ta's kwentuhan na din about random stuffs like her upcoming competition on Monday and my Senior Highschool graduating life. Mga three hours din siguro naming ginawa 'yon then after, bumalik na kami sa bahay. Wala na doon si Simon but we saw our parents in the living area. Susunduin na daw si Janella.

Nung makaalis na sila Janella, nalungkot naman ako. Hindi ko alam kung kailan naman ulit magagawa 'yon.

The next day nagpe-prepare na kami papuntang Pasay Sports Complex. Doon gaganapin competition ni Janella.
