Sangeeta's P O V:

"It's been 15 minutes", I talked to myself while waiting for him.

"Where the hell is he? He doesn't even pick up the call. Ah..", I let out a sigh and decided to wait for him inside the theatre.

I had the tickets and had already bought some snacks for both of us.

What's taking him so much time?

I called him for the last time before the film began. But he didn't pick up. All the lights of the hall went off and the film started.

Almost half an hour later, he came.

"Extremely sorry! I got some work to do! I'm so sorry re! Did I miss some important scene? ", He said looking at the screen. He looked anxious. Maybe he thought I would be angry at him.

This was the moment, when I believed that Saurav Barman was just the same person I met years ago.. maybe 15 years ago...

Making plans himself.. and coming late... This was so like Saurav!

Gosh, I missed him.

My lips formed a straight line. "You won't ever change!" , I claimed. "You have already missed the main characters' first encounter!" I whispered as loudly as possible. All the other people in that hall were concentrating on the film very hard, that's why I couldn't shout at him.

"Ohh! Really!!" , He pouted like a baby, eyes wide open, as if he had missed one of the major events of his life.

You're so cute. I adore you so much Saurav.

"Yeah, take this", and I handed him the packet of chips. He smiled at me and told me that, as a treat of apology he would buy me some chocolate pastries later.

"Hey", he poked me to grab my attention. "They went to meet some client today. Together", his eyes were sparkling.

I couldn't but chuckle. "Yeah I know. I told her to come with me to movie but she denied. Well, work is first, of course", I chuckled again.

"Hehe, I want them to end up together! ", He sounded excited.

"I want her to be happy." At this remark of mine, he raised an eye brow to me.

"I don't know if they would last or not. But I want to see her taking her decision cautiously this time. A decision that can lead her to happiness", I said.

He nodded to show that he agreed on that.

Shreya's P O V:

I already tried enough to focus on my project on the PC in front of me. But in vain.

"Someone told me yesterday that the new employee is not even in our department. So he doesn't need to help her, huh !!" I said in low voice so that no one could hear me.

My attention was on Payel who was leaning on the wall of Shivam's cubicle and talking to him.

Why isn't he sending her away? She must have some work. Geez, I want her to get scolded by the boss today.

I was least aware of the fact that Sonam was continuously staring at me. She broke the silence and asked me , "Why don't you just go and separate them? Like... Go and ask him anything work related".

I was startled by her voice. Sonam was a coworker and she sat at the next cubicle to me. Little did I know that she had noticed many things about us.

"I can't... ", I said. "And why should I? I have no problem with them anyway." , I stated coldly.

" But your eyes tell different story girl! Geez, you're a poor liar", she laughed.

I really wanted to reply back but all of a sudden, something came to my mind. I collected some files that were yet to be verified by Shivam before submitting to the boss and headed towards his cubicle.

I had a closer view of them. Payel was gradually leaning more and more towards his computer screen, apparently, while Shivam was focused on something on the screen.
He was laughing from time to time and talking to her really well.

"Boy, you having a great time huh!" I murmured to myself.

"Shivam! Here are my files. Can you check these ,please, so that I can submit it to Sir", I told him and smiled at Payel very bitterly.

He was startled to hear my voice as he didn't at all notice me coming this way.

He again looked at the computer screen and replied " Put it here. I'll do it after I'm done. "

"But it's urgent!"

"And so this one is! I will take care of that. You can go!"

Hey that was cold. That's the opposite of whatever flirting he was doing with me yesterday.

I hurriedly left the place and came back to my cubicle.
"I need some coffee. I'll be right back.", I told Sonam who was constantly looking at me.

I came to the canteen area, took the coffee and tried to calm myself down.

I didn't expect this cold behavior from him. He didn't seem to give a single bit of attention to me. Payel, sure, was very important. And about Payel, she didn't even pay attention to my presence. 

Wow, I've again made a wrong choice.
