Shivam had lost his words. He knew he overreacted and he didn't actually want to insult Saurav like that.

But it was out of his hand now. Shreya had left Saurav behind too.

Evidently, she was crying.

Saurav finally let it out on Shivam, "when she first told me that she had a crush on you, I didn't have a freaking idea that you were such a jerk. "

Shivam frowned at him. He wanted to say something in reply but Saurav didn't let him do that.

"And about me and Shreya, well, I won't be giving any explanation to you about this. I didn't have any idea that you were such a volatile person and you would make her cry!"

Saurav made his way toward the bus stop but Shreya was not there. He was worried like hell and made a decision to call her.

After three or four full rings, Shreya finally received his call.

"Where the hell are you?", Saurav shouted.

"I'm fine Saurav. Don't worry. I'm heading towards home right now. I'll talk to you later." , She assured him over the phone.

"Okay! Make sure to eat something and take rest.. " , Saurav told her before hanging up!

Saurav took the bus to reach his house.

When he was about to unlock the main door, his phone rang.

"Saurav, it's me Shivam! Look, I'm really really sorry bro! I didn't mean it that way. And can you please tell Shreya to pick up my call?"

"I don't think she will. Just let her stay alone. You can talk to her tomorrow." , Saurav said calmly.

"Yes, but, I feel so disgusted on myself that I messed it all up!" , Shivam sounded disappointed.

"Tell me one thing. Do you like her?" Saurav asked.

"Yes I do!"

"Then why can't you say that to the other girl.. what's her name.. Payel! You should be clear with that right?

See, Shivam, I know she's your ex girlfriend. But you're getting confused over this. You're messing up everything. You just acted like a idiot. You understand that? ", Saurav paused.

" Did she tell you that Payel's my ex girlfriend ?" , Shivam asked.

"Umm, no, Sangeeta told me. Her friend. "

"You know Sangeeta too? Have you been to her place too?", He sounded pouty.

Saurav chuckled at his comment.
"You're acting like a jealous child right now! Sangeeta is my childhood bestie! How can I not know her? She's a really important person in my life."

"That means you liked Sangeeta not Shreya! I'm so sorry man! ", Shivam was feeling bad now.

"All you gotta know is, I don't like Shreya, I mean, not in that sense. "

They hang up after sometime.
Shivam didn't know anything about this. He felt too shameful to even face Shreya tomorrow. But he had to make things better. 

Coming back home, Shreya had her dinner and went to her bedroom. She said Sangeeta that she was not in a very good mood to talk. So Sangeeta didn't give any pressure.

"I won't be here for the next two days starting from tomorrow. I have got a business trip. Will you be alright alone?" Sangeeta asked her.

Shreya hated staying alone, but she didn't divulge. She nodded at her friend, so that Sangeeta didn't get anxious about her. 

After Sangeeta went back to her room, Shreya took her phone. She was surprised.

24 missed calls and 82 text messages..

From Shivam Avasthi.

What does he want now? How could he insult Saurav like that? Why didn't he say anything to Payel? Is he this kind of a person? Now he wants to apologise?

Shreya tried to get some sleep.
After a lot of effort, she managed to do so.

The next day, Shreya went to office. Saurav accompanied her all day long.

He told her that there was a little conversation between him and Shivam and the latter one was extremely sorry and sad. He asked her if she could talk to Shivam.

"Not now!" , Shreya exclaimed.

The whole day passed like that, without anything interesting.

At the evening, when the office hours were over, almost everyone had departed. Shreya was the last one to wrap up and get out of that place.

Suddenly he felt a touch on her shoulder. She was startled at that at first, but she readily realized who it could be.

"We need to talk. Can we, please?"

"Nope, we don't." , She exclaimed and tried to walk towards the lift.

But Shivam had already grabbed her wrist. She couldn't get free from him.

"Shreya, we must talk about it. It's getting worse now! Look, I know I'm at fault and I'm sorry but I can't... "

"I said, I have nothing to talk to you.. Just get lost! Let me go!" Shreya tried hard to get rid of him.

But the next thing Shivam did, made Shreya utterly surprised.

He pinned her on the nearest wall, with both of his hands on either side of her, placed on the wall, making it look like a cage for her.

"W-what the hell is this? What the fuck is wrong Shivam --" , Shreya was about to hit him but his next words made her stop.

"Then you leave me no other way" and saying that, his lips crashed over Shreya's ones.

Shreya tried to protest but in vain. It was the strongest grip, ever, that a person had applied on her.

As he deepened the kiss, it became impossible for her to restrain anymore. She kissed him back!
