Chapter 9
Sams pov :
Its been 2 months since the whole rachel thing happened and I feel really bad for her . Rachel still hasnt come back to glee club and she barley comes to lunch anymore. Today I was going to my locker when I saw rachel and quinn . Quinn was yelling at her calling her a slut and a man stealer . I ran up to them and said , "Quinn! " she turned around "what!" She said angrily " leave her alone ." I said " mind yiur own business trouty mouth . " she told me " no, now leave her alone before I tell mr.shue what really caused rachel to break down. " I said to her . She scoffed and stormed off .
I looked at rachel and said ," are you alright ? " she wiped her eyes , "yeah thanks sam. " She said and started to walk away , I stopped her " rachel wait," she turned around " do you maybe want to come eat lunch with me ? " I asked her . " I dont know . " She said " oh come on , its just me artie mercedes tina and kurt. " I said " please , itll be fun. " I said " okay . " she said . I smiled and we walked to lunch . " Are you going to eat anything ? " I asked her " oh um no , not that hungry plus I dont have money . " she said " oh dont worry ill pay for you. " I said " no really ill be fine ." She said " I ansist . " I told her with a smiled . " Okay but I'll pay you back. " she said " okay . " I said . After we got our lunch we sat down . " Hey guys . " I said they all looked suprised to see rachel they just stared at me , " hey sam , hey rachel its good to see you. " mercedes said . " Hi guys . " Rachel said quietly "howve youve been rach? " artie asked " I've been okay . " She said . " Rachel we've missed you being in glee club . " kurt said . "Ive missed you guys too. " she told us "then why dont you come back?" He asked . " I cant okay ! Stop pestering me about it!" She said to us then got up and walked away . " Did I do something wrong ?" Kurt asked .
Rachels pov :
I was sitting on the auditorium stage dangling my legs with my head when suddenly sam came in and sat down on the stage with me . "I'm sorry . " I said " for what? " he asked "for yelling at you guys ." I said . He looked at me and said , " rachel what happened to you ? The rachel berry I knew was always happy and kind and she was never ..." he stopped his self , " suicidal? " i asked " I was going to say scared . " he told him. I looked at him , " well maybe that rachels gone . " I said and started to walk away but then he said " I dont belive that . I think that girl is in there some where shes just alittle broken right now. " he told me . I looked at him and gave him a hug , " it hurts sam . It really does . " i told me " I know but were going to fix you okay ." He told me " we? " I asked " yes you and I . " he told me . And he held me tightly .
