Chapter 29

Rachels pov :
Its been 1 month since I've been home since my accident . I've been going to school and glee club more since were getting ready to go to nationals. I've been doing my best to get better by going to physical therapy for my leg . I've been thinking alot about what my dads told me in my dream . But it can't be real I mean I was probably just dreaming or was I? I walked into my dads room and walked into their closet and saw the box labeled rachel I picked it up and took it to my room. I shut my door and locked it . I then put the box on the bed and opened it all I saw was old photo albums , trophies , and then at the very bottom there was an evelope . I picked it up and it said , " to rachel love mom. " I sighed and kept looking at it should I open it ? I asked myself . I couldn't help but think what it would say . I then took my letter opener and opened it. I sighed nervously wondering what it would say . I then opened the letter and began reading it ,
" To my beloved daughter ,
Rachel if you're reading this then your fathers must've told you about why they did what they did . Rachel at the time I was very young when I had you but your dad wrote me asking me not to have contact with you till you were 18 . So I asked them to give you this letter to tell you who I am . My name is Shelby Corcoran. I am 23 years old and I'm a teacher at Carmel highschool in Carmel ohio. I am the coach of vocal adrenaline . I used to be on broadway but I retired when I found out I was pregnant with you . Rachel I want you to know that I love you and I would do anything for you . If you ever need me you can just find me .

I wiped the tears from my eyes and put the letter down . " I have to find her . " I thought . I then picked up my phone and called the person that I knew could help me finn.
