Chapter 31
Rachels pov :
"Rachel can we talk ? " finn asked me the next day . I sighed I was so mad at him for rating me out to Mr. Shue, " no. " I said coldly to him . " did I do something to make you mad at me? " he asked me at my locker. I slammed it in his face , "yes! " "what did I do then ? " "you know what you did finn I trusted you and you broke that trust . " I said to him . He looked at me realizing what he did . " rachel. " he said . "Finn I'm sorry but I'll see you in glee club. " and with that I left. Later in glee club I walked in and sat next to quinn and santana . Soon after finn walked in I didn't look at him once I was still angry at him . When Mr. Shue walked in he went to the board and wrote the word "family". He then looked at us and said , " this weeks assignment is family . " I looked at him . " we all have families, we are a family . So this week I want you to find a song about family. " he told us . After glee club I got into my car and drove to the grave yard. I walked to my dads graves and broke down crying . "I miss you guys so much right now . How can you expect me to let you go ? People expect me to open up to them about everything but its just too hard . I found the letter that my birth mom gave me . I need to find her . " I said "I love you guys . " I told them. Then I got up and drove away.
2 days later I was on my way to school when finn was standing at my door . " Come on . " he said "where? " I asked " you'll see. " he told me and he went to the car and I followed . We started to pull out , " where are we going? " I asked him . He ignored me , " Finn Christopher hudson you tell me where you're taking me right now! " I demanded but he kept driving . About an silent car ride hour later we arrived at Carmel high . "Finn what are we doing here? " I asked. He parked the car and looked at me , "rachel listen , I love you and this is your chance to meet her . " he told me. I sighed and said , " I cant . I'm not ready Finn. " he took my hand "but you are . Rachel you've been waiting for this moment for ever I know you can do it I belive in you. " he told me . " but I'm scared. " I said " rachel berry doesn't get scared. " he told me. I smiled " your right . " I said then got out of the car and made my way to the auditorium.
