"this is it! what to you think?" hoseok asked, opening the front door to their brand new home and looking down at his teenage son. jungkook smiled slightly and pulled his earphones out.

"yeah. it looks great dad." he said unenthusiastically, hoseok frowned and looked to his husband for help.

"cmon jungkook it will be great! you get the whole third floor to yourself, you know what that means?" yoongi said, suddenly the teenagers face lit up. "i get a gaming room?!" he asked, hoseok and yoongi chuckled.

"you'd bet honey, now help me bring the rest of those boxes in."

hoseok and yoongi were always very patient with their son. he'd always had trouble with making friends and he suffered from pretty severe mental health issues - he was never any bother, to almost everyone he was the most angelic boy on the planet.

jungkook just had trouble opening up and trusting people is all. the teen however was incredibly intelligent and excelled in music, languages and art.

about eight months ago, hoseok was told he had to transfer to another branch at work. this would mean moving from seoul in south korea, to london in england.

at first jungkook refused. he fell out with both parents and threatened to run away from home. hoseok was so scared that he told yoongi he was going to quit his job.

thankfully, yoongi talked it out with his son and they came to an agreement - jungkook would only move if jungkook could decorate his own bedroom. it seemed like a small price to pay for the large sacrifice to the child's mental state and education.

jungkook poured all of his time into perfecting his english so he would be able to communicate with others in england. of course he wasn't quite fluent but his pronunciation and grammar were near perfect.

the main thing he wondered was what would school like be there? from what he'd seen in films like harry potter - many of the children were kind and kept to themselves. there was only one "token bully" and his two sidekicks - but they only seemed to pick on one particular person. however he'd also seen a film called "wild child" which showed the pupils as a lot more spiteful and mean - but in that film, all the main characters are girls and well - jungkook was hoping that he could stay away from them all together.

on the plane over, jungkook sat next to yoongi. many people (including jungkook) thought that yoongi looked like the coolest dad ever - he had multiple tattoos, piercings and often had dyed hair. his overall dark vibe made him look stone cold, however everyone that had known him for more than ten minutes knew that he could actually be one of the softest people on earth. he enjoyed doing skin care with his family, cuddling them, holding hands with hoseok and playing games with jungkook. the dark clothes and tattoos are just for show.

hoseok on the other hand, was quite the contrast. he had bright hair and wore colourful clothing, he too had a few tattoos but they were more family centred - unlike some of yoongi's.

hoseok was actually the stricter parent. his parents never cared about him so he made it his life goal to always support and protect jungkook - which sometimes lead to some arguments here and there but nothing out of the ordinary for families.

the move to england would be risky sure, but they had each other. that's all they need.

"maybe we should let him sleep in our room tonight." hoseok said, getting two glasses of water from the kitchen. yoongi shook his head slightly and looked his husband in the eyes. "baby, he's fifteen now - he'll be just fine in his own bedroom." yoongi reasoned, hoseok just frowned.
