chapter 12 ♥

I woke up to someone ringing my door bell so aggressively

I groaned and stood up from bed wondering who was at my door

I opened the door and sophie was standing there looking exhausted

"Why the hell did you take so long to get the door" she complained as she walked inside

"Sorry I was sleeping" I said and yawned

"Ugghh I'm so tired" she said as she dropped herself on the couch

"So where'd you go to" I asked as I sat next to her

"Oh yeah, I didn't tell you this but every once in a while my parents invite me and my brother over for lunch to question our lives, but my parents think of it as catching up" she said and rolled her eyes

I furrowed my eyebrow and looked at her "you have a brother??"

"Yeah I do. He's twenty four and he doesn't live here in Canada, he lives in new York.

And he was supposed to be around for lunch but he couldn't make it because he's probably too busy fucking some worthless bitch

So yeah all of my parents attention were on me and they wouldn't stop asking when they're gonna meet my husband. I mean jeez I'm just twenty one." She said sounding annoyed.

I laughed my ass out immediately she finished her speech. She snapped her head in my direction and I quickly shut my mouth

She sighed before saying "so what have you been doing"

Immediately she asked that question my thoughts drifted to what alex and I did on top of my kitchen counter and I pushed it out before replying

"Umm you know, the usual. Just eat, watch videos and sleep" I said trying to sound and act normal

"Ugghh you're so boring" she said

I simply laughed and was about dropping a snaky comment when my phone rang

I looked at the number trying to remember who it belongs to but I came out blank so I just decided to pick it up

"Hello" the caller said

"Hi" I replied

"You're probably wondering who this is, well I'm David"

"David" I asked

"Yeah, the guy from the party last night."

"Oh shit, I'm so sorry it slipped my mind, I'm really sorry"

"Yeah it's cool. I was umm wondering if you'd maybe wanna have dinner with me this evening at a nice restaurant or something"

"Ooh..yeah that'd be really nice"

"Good then. Text me your address and I'll come pick you up at 7pm, if that's okay with you"

"Yeah sure I'll do that. Umm where are we going"

"It's kind of a surprise"

"Oh I can't wait then."

"See you at seven" he said and hung up

"Who was that" sophie asked immediately I dropped the phone

"Umm it was this guy I met at Stacy's party, his name is David" I simply said

"Well what does he want" she asked

"He asked if I could go out with him for dinner and I said yes" I looked at her
