This will take place in Season 1, 2, 3 & 4 of 'The Vampire Diaries' most likely. There will be points where it will switch to AU (alternate universe) as I want things to go differently because this is not a retelling of the TVD story. Just note that not everything will be mentioned in the chapters, it will focus heavily on Adriana.
ALSO, the story will follow the plot line of Season I closely (until about chapter 10/11, big AU plot points will kick in and change everything from here on out). There will be plenty of parts that are new and that will foreshadow what's to come (and dare I say, the past?) but it won't change dramatically different until we get to Season II. I hope you all understand, it's a marathon not a race. We'll get there eventually and all hell will break loose as I've got A LOT planned.
