Nightmares

Medics

As soon as the gunship was abroad the cruiser, they were met with a team of medics and a stretcher for Anakin. He was rushed out of the landing bay. Before Ahsoka could follow, Obi Wan ran up to her.

"What happened to Anakin." he asked frantically. Worry was evident in his voice.

"I..I don't know." Ahsoka stammered. She too was worried about her friend. "We were leaving the battlefield and....and he just....fell down, unconscious."

"We should get to the medical bay immediately." Obi Wan said.

"Right behind you Master." she responded, jogging to keep up with Obi Wan.

They arrived in the medical bay. When they got to Anakin's room and saw him laying on the bed. He was awake now. "Master, what happened." "I honestly don't know. One second I was fine, the next I had a pounding headache." Anakin said. "Not long after, I just woke up in here." He gestured to the room around him.

A medical droid entered the room. "Do you know what happened to him?" Ahsoka asked. ''It appears General Skywalker suffered a mild concussion." "What caused it?" Obi Wan asked. "I'm afraid the cause is unclear. He has no visible sign of a head injury. Prehaps it was something phycological." The droid offered. They all thought for a while. "The nightmare." Obi Wan said to himself. "Anakin, what is the absolute last thing you remember before blacking out?" Anakin the thought hard for a long time. Finally he said. "The voice. The voice from the nightmare. It said You Failed! Right before I blacked out." Fear took over his expression. "You don't think-'' "I'll call her." Obi Wan said before leaving the room. "Call Who? What is going on?" Ahsoka said. She was very confused by the whole situation. "Remember when I told I had something to tell you?" Anakin asked Ahsoka calmly. "Yeah. You said you'd tell me after the battle." Ahsoka responded.

Anakin sat up to make more room. "You might want to sit down for this." Anakin told Ahsoka.

"Ok. I'm listening."

"Before I say anything. You have to promise not to tell ANYONE."

"I promise."

Anakin took a deep breath. "Ahsoka. I'm married."
