The Fall

Pandora POV

I was sitting silently in a compartment with Fred, George, Harry, Hermione, Ron and Luna while they were all talking about the prophecy. 

'Pandora are you ok?' Luna asked interrupting my silence 'your head is buzzing with Wrackspurts' she said wearing glasses she called 'Spectrespects'. 

She passed me her Spectrespects and I put them on, my whole vision went weird and I could see little fly shaped bugs flying in front of me. I let out a squeal and waved my hands at them to get them away. I chucked of the glasses to Luna and let out a small chuckle when I noticed everyone watching me in amusement. 

There was a knock on the door and I saw Safia walk past as Neville walked in, smirking at me. I felt my hair turn red slowly. I felt the urge to pull my wand out a hurt her but there was no point, not now anyway.

'Pandora, ignore her' Fred said.

'Is she angry with me?' Neville asked in a whisper to Harry.

'Oh- no sorry Neville. It was Safia the new girl I'm angry at' I apologized.

'Safia? New girl?' Ron asked looking confused. Neville sat down to listen to what I was telling them about when me and Safia were younger when we lived in the orphanage. 

'You know you're the first Slytherin friend we've had, ever' Harry said with smile on his face.

'I'm glad we're friends again' I said smiling back at them.

I sat at the end of the Slytherin table next to a first year who was giving me strange looks. Fred kept throwing notes to me saying stuff like; I wish you were in Gryffindor. I want to join you or you to join us. You look like your having fun ;). 

I sighed because Draco was watching me as I ate. Dumbledore stood up and silenced us all.

'Welcome to a new term of Hogwarts, I hope you are all full and tiered. This is the part where I would usually send you all back to your common room but before so we have a sorting to do. As we have a new student, Safia Green.'

A bored expression was on most of the Gryffindor's face. I looked over to the staff table and Snape was smiling at Safia. I frowned and turned my gaze back to Dumbledore as Safia made her way to the stool. 

When the hat was placed on her head it immediately screamed 'Slytherin'. Everyone on the Slytherin table was clapping and cheering excluding me.

I wonder if I should threaten him saying that if he doesn't good marks in class I would tell Dumbledore Voldermort's big secret. Snape glanced in my direction and let out a small expression of fear. I winked at him and turned to see Draco watching me. I sighed as Safia sat down next to him. That used to be me, sitting where Safia is talking to Draco, she's the one holding his hand now. 

Wait what!

Why is she holding his hand? What does that bitch think she is doing! I felt anger and... jealousy wash over me until I felt a strong grip on my shoulder. I looked up to see Snape. 

I rolled my eyes what does he want now?

'Pandora come with me please' he ordered.

I groaned and followed him out of the Great hall and into his office, after shooting Fred a 'what-have-I-done-now?' look.

'What now?' I asked in a annoyed tone.

'I don't want to see you use any violence against Safia' he said sternly.
