THE SKY WAS DARK, night had overtook California and the group of teens were tired. Kodin gripped his steering wheel tightly, pulling into the motel after the big school bus, the car ride with Lydia had been mostly silent, she had filled him in on what had happened while he was driving, but that's about it.
They watched as their friends piled off the bus, the pair jumping out of the car themselves and making their way over.
"I've seen worse" Scott remarks as him and Stiles are the last to step off the bus, Kaitlin and Alison stood behind them. "Where have you seen worse?"
Coach blows his whistle before Scott can answer, the boys all gathering around him while the girls hang back. "Listen up. The meets been pushed till tomorrow. This is the closest motel with the most vacancies and least amount of good judgement when it comes to accepting a bunch of degenerates like yourselves" Kaitlin purses her lips at his words, crossing her arms over her chest.
"You'll be pairing up. Choose wisely" he holds up a bunch of keys, letting the teens take some. "And I'll have no sexual perversions perpetrated by you little deviants...got that? Keep your dirty little hands to your dirty little selves!"
The bus pulls away, Alison and Kaitlin start to walk towards their room, noticing Lydia had stayed back. "Lydia?"
The girl stood frozen, her eyes scanning the building, she looked scared. "I don't like this place" Alison looks to Kaitlin then back to the strawberry blonde
"I don't think the people who own this place like this place"
"Yeah, gives me the creeps" Kaitlin held onto her own arms, goosebumps trailing on her skin.
"It's just for a night" Alison tried to reassure Lydia, the girl still looking shook up.
