Third Person's POV
The huge robot monster let out a loud shriek when both Alexander and Daryl jumped delivering two massive punches right across its face sending it flying backwards.
"I didn't need your help." Ani Xander habang nakatingin sa halimaw when both of them landed back on their feet. Daryl only ignored him not in the mood to start anything with the other guy.
The monster was quick to land on its two long legs. This time sending a huge laser beam towards the direction of the university.
Daryl quickly jumped in front of it using his diamond body as a reflector sending the laser back towards the monster's direction. The monster only side stepped as it dodged the attack.
"Tss. In fairness ha, that thing is quick on its feet despite its size." Tobi said.
Agad siyang nagpakawala ng naglalakihang mga fire balls patungo dito sa halimaw subalit ay mabilis lang nitong nailagan ang mga 'yon.
"Tangina?" 'Di makapaniwalang sambit ni Tobi.
"Tobi sa likod mo!" Mabilis na napaharap si Tobi sa kan'yang likuran nang sumigaw ang isa sa mga kasamahan nila.
Bumungad sakan'ya ang tatlong halimaw na mabilis ang paglipad patungo sa kung nasa'n siya.
"Mga gago!" Agad na nagliyab ang kanang kamay ni Tobi at saka niya ito mahigpit na iniyukom. Lumiliyab ang kan'yang kamao nang suntukin niya ang isa sa mga halimaw. Nang tumama ito sa dibdib ng halimaw ay agad siyang nagpakawala ng malakas na agos ng apoy. Lumusot ang apoy sa likuran ng halimaw at agad na nasunog ito kasama ang mga nakasunod pang kauri nito dito. "Tss 'wag ako."
Malakas ulit na sumigaw ang malaking robot.
"Shit that thing's gonna fire those rockets again!" Sigaw ng isa pa nilang kasamahan.
And just like what the girl holding a big hammer said, the monster stretched out its long arms again and released another set of missiles heading towards the university.
Agad silang napayuko nang mabilis na nagsiliparan ang mga 'to sa taas ng kanilang mga ulo.
Alexander tried to stop some of them by destroying them with his powerful punches but he just couldn't stop them all.
"Damn it!" He yelled when the rockets flew pass them.
"Take cover!" Sigaw ni Mr. Theodopholis sa mga naroon mismo sa paanan ng gusali.
Napayuko ang mga nand'on expecting another explosion...
But after a few moments later...
It never came.
They looked up and were all shocked to see that the missiles were no longer moving.
The rockets were suddenly stopped before they even hit the building na para bang may pumindot ng pause button at bigla nalang tumigil sa ere ang kanina'y mabibilis na lumilipad ng mga missiles. Everyone's attention quickly went towards Gabriella whose eyes are now majestically glowing their bright neon blue color.
Both her hands were raised in front of her as she took hold of the many numbers of missiles which are now just motionlessly stuck floating in dead air.
Many of the meta-humans there were looking at her in pure surprise and admiration. The students, the staffs, some officials and even Ms. Vermilion herself. Even Daryl who was busy fighting couldn't help but focus his attention solely on her. He couldn't help but be in awe of how tremendously powerful Gabriella is.
Tinapunan lang siya ni Ashie ng isang mataray na tingin habang napabuga naman ng hangin si Alexander. Lowkey thankful na hindi tumama ang mga 'to sa building.
