the girl was still in shock after the revelation. hyunjin was best friends with her brother. "um well he's my brother." she blurted out. "wait seriously?" he responded. "yeah." there was a silence after that. surely there was a way for them to meet, right? the two sat in silence for a while.
one of them regretting saying anything in the first place and the other appalled by the coincidence that had just so happened to occur. it was awfully strange. but at the time she didn't think much of it and casually let it slip out of her mind.
as if finally snapping back into consciousness, the young male stood up abruptly and voiced out, "right. i'm going to make you guys reunite. and that's a promise." before energetically strutting out of her chamber and to god knows where. jihyun certainly didn't.

after returning to his office, the young male was in limbo. why did i say that? contemplating what he should do next, he decided to ring up jisung first.

"jisung, i've found your sister and she wants to meet you."
"you have? that's great!"
"i'll find a way to let you guys meet ok?" hyunjin responded with a hint of doubt.
"uh- yeah sure!"
"alright bye jisung."

hyunjin knew jisung wasn't trustworthy. but there was still a small part of him that thought he may have changed. why you ask? he had no idea. but this is what he had gotten himself into.
and besides, one meet-up wouldn't be that harmful, right?
한지현 after the girl's companion departed from her room, she couldn't help but think of what he was going to do. it couldn't be that bad right? well, he is hyunjin she thought and one thing she had learned about him during their time together was to expect the unexpected.
like literally, he could randomly pull out an egg from his pocket, say he didn't know where he got it from and the girl probably wouldn't be surprised.
she was sure he wasn't going to smuggle jisung into the facility or anything like that. or was he? she was just puzzled over the whole situation. maybe hyunjin could convince the doctors that she was fine, that she could finally leave this place.
however she knew these dreams were a little bit too high in the clouds for her to reach just yet. if the doctors deemed her crazy, who was she to go against them? was she a professional? no. was she sane? that was a question that she had yet to figure out.
but did she want to see her twin brother? yes. yes she did, more than anything. and if hyunjin could make that happen, she was on board for whatever crazy stunt he was prepared to pull.
