just like the first time she went out, jihyun was in a car again. to her, the phenomenon of cars still were confusing to her. she was in the car, moving, yet she herself was still. would that then mean that the car was moving but she was still? or was she technically moving as well? who knew. scientists probably know. she thought or smart people. at this, she laughed. while beating stuck at the asylum for the majority of her life, she never got a proper education and she was too young to question cars when she was little.
"we're almost here." hyunjin announced, while gazing outside of the window. the vehicle then came to a halt and the pair locked hands as they walked into what seemed to be a shopping mall. this had become a routine for the two. often, when going out or moving at all, they would intertwine their fingers. at first it was to guide the girl, who usually has no idea where they're going unless it's within the facility, however now it's become more of a routine. one that neither of them wanted to break anytime soon.

hyunjin and jihyun were now walking towards jisung. yes, they were meeting up again. even though hyunjin didn't think it was the right decision, jihyun had begged him. so, naturally, he had to agree. currently, the twins were exchanging greetings and one of them (he couldn't remember who due to him zoning out) suggested they go get some clothes for jihyun as she couldn't wear the plain white attire she was currently dressed in everywhere. so they did. the three visited a range of clothing stories which included forever 22, M&M, and Revi's or something like that. he couldn't shake the feeling dwelling in his chest that something was going to go wrong. he wouldn't dare. would he? i mean he did-  "hey hyunjin you ok?" at the call of his name the male snapped his head up to be met with the sight of the han twins. "uh- yeah i'm fine just get back to shopping or whatever." he responded. the twins then resumed their previous activities and left hyunjin to his thoughts again.

it had been about four hours or so and the two had decided it was time to eat and that they had purchased enough with hyunjin's money. yes that's right. two. hyunjin wasn't a part of the choice making. he was still out of it. and the twins seemingly hadn't noticed a thing. before the male had noticed, they had already arrived at the restaurant. "hey i'm going to the toilet for a while ok guys?" jihyun nodded and jisung held up a peace sign. after seeing that he departed.

in all honesty, hyunjin didn't need the bathroom. he needed time away from jisung. he confused hyunjin. what is he getting at this time? signing, he brushed his hands through his hair and made his way back to the restaurant. what if this was his plan? to get me away from her. upon thinking of this scenario, he started to sprint back.

but it was too late.
he could already hear her screams from where he stood.
he knew they had come back.
he ran faster.
but when he got there, she was already on the ground and jisung was nowhere to be seen.

didn't i swap the medicine already?

all he could do was sit there with her until she stopped.

but as soon as he looked into her eyes, she did just that.
