following that day, jihyun sat straight. not in her plain white room, on her plain white bed, but, this time she was sitting in a car. why would she be in a car, you ask? well, she didn't know either.
all she knew was that this was not normal and that something big was going to happen. she could only stare out of the window of the plain white car as she was ported to wherever they planned to take her. frankly, she never imagined they would take her out of the asylum. she hadn't even dreamed of it.
so why, in the several years i've been at the institute, do they decide to let me out now? she thought.
her thoughts were interrupted by the security personnel who had taken her in the first place had informed her that they had arrived. cautiously, the girl steps outside of the vehicle, still confused as to why she wasn't being watched.
as if they could read her mind, the two guard dogs, as she called them, immediately rushed to her side. you would think they were here to protect her, but jihyun had a feeling they were meant to protect others from her.
they latched onto her arms and proceeded to drag her towards what the female could only describe as a cafe. after all, it had been a few years since she had been to one.
as they stepped into the place, she scanned the area only to be met with the honey brown eyes of hyunjin. hyunjin?
jihyun decided to approach her friend and noticed there was another boy with him. this boy has large brown orbs and cute chubby cheeks but he seemed sort of familiar to the girl.
as she neared the pair, the other only became more familiar to her. but it couldn't be. not after all of these years. right? but in fact.
