"Yannnnnnn!!!!! I misschuuuuuu" Shouted Lara, my best friend. She ran to me and hugging me tightly.
"Urghhhh Lara! Don't hug me"
"Why?? Wei Shenme?" She ask while pouting. She is my best friend since high school. She is like a family to me mainly because she got along with my family very well and I like to see how she managed to blend herself with her surroundings. She is rich, but she is very down to earth. Also... she like to watch Chinese dramas until when she speak, she would speak Chinese language. When she comes to my house, she and my mom would non-stop talking about dramas.
"Mei Shenme" I replied which means nothing.
We walk to our class and wait until our lecturer enter the class.
"Uhhh Yan. Have you pack all your things? Tomorrow we will go to Thailand!! Wuhuuu I'm excited. People said that there is a lot of handsome boy there. I bet I will get someone who can fill my empty heart" Said Lara while touching her heart and pretending that she is sad.
"Don't act sad, you got plenty of boys that want to flirt with you here. Also, that Sammy boy has already chasing you from the first year and u still ignore him. Why did u ignore him? He is handsome, kind, rich and very friendly. I don't see nothing wrong with him"
"Auuuuu Yann, I'm asking you about your things why would you said his name. I don't have any mood now"
Ahhh here we go again. She is sulking.
"Khaaw-Thoot Na-Khaa." I said sorry in Thai language. The most important part to consult her is by saying the things that will attract her attention.
"Oiii what are you swearing at me? I don't understand"
The tactics seems to be work out.
"That's mean I'm sorry in Thai. We already learn about that together last week because you said you want to add some vocabulary. Did you forget already?" I ask
She just smiling and showing her teeth.
The lecturer enter the class and start her teaching.
The next day.......
"Yeay Thailand here I comes!" Lara shout enthusiastically while jumping around.
"Save your energy. We have a long way to go" I said to her and pull her to our seat.
This trip is for the final year student to have some experience seeing how other production team do their work and also can be considered as a vacation trip for us. We make this trip to one of the famous television network for 5 days and 4 nights.
"Hello Ladies, how are you?" Said Sammy with his goofy smile.
"Shut up Sammy. Go to your seat" Said Lara
"Awww.. why are you so rude? But nevermind, you are still beautiful. Did you see that tree over there? The one that stand farther from the others." Ask Sammy.
"Of course I can. Why?" Replied Lara
"That tree stands far away from us, but you are the nearest person standing beside my heart." Said Sammy and winking his eyes.
All students in the bus cheering for Sammy. He just smiling and making cute face to Lara. Lara pinch his hand and kick his leg.
"Auchh honey. Why are you so fierce? Don't worry naa, even if you are fierce like tiger, but still cute like kitten" He keep teasing Lara and make her face all red. Looking at angry Lara, I decided to help her.
"Sammy, go to your seat before you lose your precious egg" I said
Sammy seems confused before he finally understand what I said.
"Relax Yan, I just want to tease Lara. Uiii, women nowadays are so fierce" He said and walk away to his seat.
We arrived at Bangkok and proceed to check in to our hotel. Today is the free time for everybody since everyone is so tired from the journey from Malaysia to Thailand. I decided to unpack my things and take a nap. Well... at least that is my plan.
"Yannaaaaaa... let's go for a walk tonight" said Lara.
"No" I simply reply
"Huh?? Why?? Come on, it's not like we can go to Thailand every day. Now we are already here, why not we enjoy our time?"
"I'm tired, not like you who sleep all the way from Malaysia to Thailand."
"I'm sulking, you are not a good friend. I will just find another friend. We already here and you are only thinking about sleeping. Never care about me, what if I'm being kidnapped while I was walking alone? What if.."
"Okayyy! Okay! I will follow you. Now stop nagging and give me some time to take a nap before we're going out
