Chapter 27 (Done for Me)

I get up from my bed and walk to my bathroom. I look my face at the mirror and saw that my eyes was swollen due to the crying last night. I splashed water to my face and proceed to take a bath.

After a quick shower, I went to the kitchen and see if I could help my mom with anything.

"Morning" I was shocked when I heard my voice. It was hoarse like a rock singer. I look at my mom and could saw that she was analyzing me.

"Did you cry last night?" Her question makes me startled.

When she didn't receive any response from me, she approach me and hug me tightly.

"It's okay honey, everyone would face something bad in their live. It depends on you whether you want to move on or stuck in that dark world forever" She said while caressing my back.

I could feel the tears forming in my eyes. I hug my mom back and tried my best not to cry in front of her.

"Morning!!!" Dew and Day greeted us cheerfully but they stop when they see me cry.

"Sis, what happen to you? Mom, why did Yan crying?" Dew asked.

"Nothing, come and sit at the table. Breakfast is ready" said my mom.

"Noooo, there must be something wrong. Tell me or I won't eat" Dew protest.

We all knew that Dew will keep provoking until he get the answer. So I decided to tell him the truth.

"Let's sit first then I will tell you everything okay?" I persuade him.

After we finish setting the table, again Dew asked me about what happened until I cried.

I told them everything, even my mom is shock about my story because before this I didn't tell her the full story.

"How dare he!" said Day while clenching his fist.

"You will meet him today right? Let me come with you so that I can punch him. Nobody can mess up with our family" Dew said angrily.

"Who does he think he is? Does he have any right to make a bet for something related to someone's feeling? Sis, please let us come with you. That person need a lesson from us." Add Day.

I look at them and shook my head. I know they care about me but their temper is higher than me and I can't imagine what will happen to Harris if they come with me. I don't care about whether Harris is going to be beaten up by my brother or what, I just don't want something bad happen to my brothers. Harris come from a rich family, I'm afraid if their family want to sue us or cause us any trouble.

"No, don't worry about me. Syahmi is going to accompany me today. I promise that if anything happen, I will contact you guys okay?" I negotiate with them.

"But sis! Who knows if he bring his gang? If we come with you, at least we can be sure about your safety" Dew said to me.

I look at Day and ask for his help to persuade Dew. Day seems reluctant to help me because I knew he also want to come with me but he still helping me to persuade Dew.

"It's okay Dew, just listen to what Yan said. You will call us if anything happen right? Never switch off your phone and always keep your phone near you okay?" Day said to me.

I just nod at him and give him a warm smile.

"Dew, don't be angry at me hurmm? Harris wouldn't bring anyone with him, and I think he didn't suspect anything about this meeting because I told him that I want to meet him because I miss him" I explained to Dew.

I could saw he is pouting but after that he just nod at me.

"Good boy" I praise him and my word makes him frown. I laugh at his action.
