"Then what is she gonna turn into?" I asked nervously, focusing on Kayla's golden caged eyes.
She looked nervously at the floor, biting on her bottom lip. I groaned in fury and gripped both her shoulders, anxiously.
"Kayla..." I warned, sharply.
"Okay, okay" she sighed and looked me in the eyes. "Well I can't do it with you staring at me like that, now can I?" she sarcastically stated as I glared at her like it was my final second on earth.
"Look Miles," she huffed. "I'm a guardian angel, right? I'm breaking the rules by being down on earth with you. I'll try and help you through this, she'll be okay" she sympathised me, as I grew impatient and locked her against the wall.
"Miss, is everything okay?" A nurse walked by, turning to Kayla in concern.
I let Kayla out of my grasp, and she slowly nodded at the nurse. "Everything's fine"
"Tell me, quit your distractions and spill" I warned, with my fists clenched by my side.
"Do you know how I'm.... me?" I shook my head, not following on her words. "An angel saved Skylar from transforming into a vampire.... my blood is in her veins Miles, i didn't realise the consequences till now" she furrowed her brows and looked down in concern. "and if she dies, she won't be a vampire, a werewolf... or anything else,.... she'll be an angel Miles and you will never see her again"
I froze in place, this can't be happening. This can't be happening. This can't be fucking happening!!!
I paced back and forth, repeating useless things in my head. 'everything gonna be okay. This might even be just a dream. Everything's gonna be okay. She's not leaving. Everything's gonna be okay'
I laughed like a mental person, before slamming my fist through the wall and letting out a scream full of vengeance and pain.
"She's not going anywhere" I slowly stated, breathing heavily with my fingers tucked beneath my hair.
"Miles..." Kayla walked to me as I screamed louder than ever and told her to fuck off,
"NO!" I screamed, with a weary vision. "she can't transform, you have to fix this Kayla" I warned before snapping off of the floor and flashing out the hospital, slide doors.
