I don't remember passing out but I remember waking up. I had the biggest headache but my mind was empty. No voices. Nothing. It was soothing to know there were no voices. But the pain remained.

My head throbbed harshly as I ran to the assassins house. I found him on his chair looking frail again.

"And what of Kyneton?"
"Dead."
"What of Pan?"
"Said goodbye and left."

"Then what is on your mine Miss Drouin?" He got up from his chair and stared me in the eye. He knew something was bothering me and considering I hate very little feeling and emotion it had to be something.

"I had an overwhelming sensation that is quite difficult to explain. I had to make myself pass out." He chuckled.
"What a clever trick do tell me more, clean your blades and arrows whilst you tell me." No time can be wasted with a story.

I looked into his eyes and saw nothing more than the image of last night, "I'm not that gorgeous." I winced and drew my eyes to the floor. I could not have a repeat. I can not have something like that happen ever again. Ever!

"There were voices in my head. Many of them. All screaming to be the loudest. Things people had said were repeated. I saw people saying things to me. All things they had said in the past. It was like snippets of a movie but of my life. Some I could not make out others were as clear as day."

"When did you decide to pass out?" He looked at me like I was stupid. But that was the only way out. Only escape.
"When I heard Lord Madison's voice I froze and held my breathe. I fell to the floor and eventually I passed out I think."

"What is the last thing you remember?" He was holding my hand so caring now.
"Him saying 'milliseconds is all you could die in with me.' That's all I remember."

"Interesting my dear girl. It seems that your mind has been cluttered with absolutely anything because your trying to take your thoughts off the prophecy." Haunted by the prophecy.
"But they all relate to the prophecy?" They had that one thing in common.
"In the bigger picture your whole life does. So do not see these as any more important than the others."

"Live in the present not in the past." I read an arrow I had inscribed. It was scary how they related to me always. And the kills somehow they were related to the kills. Many I had not yet come around to reading. I generally just read the ones I took to kills. The others I had forgotten what was carved into them and therefore found out when the blade of weapon was chosen.

"Your brothers have journeyed far and wide to find you. Lord Madison keeping an ear to the ground. The King expects him to find you. At least that is what I have gathered from the whispers you repeat I'm your sleep."
"Is that really why you want me to stay here?"
"The more knowledge you share the easier your burden whether it be to no one or whether it be to someone. So tell me this, does it trouble you anymore that I believes Lord Madison is the best assassin in the game at the moment? Or does it haunt you that, Lord Madison is in fact playing two sides? Or more if you will." I glared at him. I had not thought of these deeply in so long.

"So it no longer worries you that Lord Madison is working for the King to find the one girl of four born but also keeping a promise to your mother which has already ran out."
"But he is awake now it wouldn't and doesn't matter what the King's proposal was because our mother has proved to him who we are to him and who he is."

"Well then what else have you said in your sleep? Oh I know. Anson was caught by the Enchantress before you were reunited with him and now he is chasing after you along with Avery and Avonde to find you although he has no idea what you look like."
"Yes well that is true but it comforts me that if he is the one to find me he will not know it."
