"Storm!" A training operator shouted. Storm's eyes wander to a screen another car was racing around the track.

"Who is that?" Storm asked. Another car was on the the virtual track. They looked like Lightning but wasn't the champ he beat all those times ago. "Pause the picture." The picture paused and he drove closer to the screen to see who it was. His eyes widened at the sight. It was her, Lightning's daughter. But what was she doing on the track? He didn't care to find out. If a car that was mentored by Lightning was in the running for the Piston cup, he was going to train harder than ever before. Nothing compared to the loss he had against Cruz that last season. He wasn't going to have another loss to a Lightning portege. He got on the treadmill and went to work.

"Are you sure you want to do this." One of the operators said. He looked at the operator.

"I am. Let's start." Jackson assured. He had a determination, he had way to inside the heads of his opponents. But what if she knew. What if she knew what he did. Even since her dad knew.  He was the cause of her dad's crash. He's probably told her everything about all of his racing  seasons, even his bad ones. Jackson would spend hours upon hours just training for seasons, and winning them. He never expected anything like Jordyn to come along. She was training like he was, but she wasn't, she training like Cruz did. Both inside and outside, she was getting experience from both the inside aspect and outside.

After another few hours of training, Storm finally decided it was stop to stop and rest. All of this training was going to have a worse outcome if it were to continue. He was tired, everyone in the building could see it. He could also feel it. There wasn't anything that could try and make him forget anything then, and surely not even now. "I'm going back to the trailer." He manged to slur out. All the operators were in agreement to his decision. He drove out of the the training room and to his trailer. He wasn't feeling his best, he couldn't tell if he was nervous or what. All he knew was all this training wasn't going to help him in the long run. And to make matters worse. Qualifiers were now two weeks away. and that's when competition was going really heat up. Even with this McQueen in the running. She was going to be a force to be reckoned with, and he knew it.

"Where to Storm." The driver commented. Storm's eyes wandered the screen.

"My place. So I can rest. Give myself a break from all this training and publicity, I really need it." Storm replied. He really needed the break. From breaking records to non stop training, it was hard work for someone like him. But it's what kept him busy. And for one he really enjoyed it. He had a feeling this season was going to get interesting, very interesting indeed.
