*FRIDAY*

"The whole school's been talking about your past, Cher. How the hell did they find out about it?" Luke said as we walked through the halls the next morning.

Everyone was giving me a really 'judging' look as I walked past them.

"I don't know, maybe Harry revealed it. I knew this was bound to happen sooner or later anyway so I've already prepared myself mentally and emotionally." I said.

This is like being back to my hometown with all the judging stares all over again...

"Yeah but are you sure you don't want to go home for today? So that you can at least let the gossips die down a bit... I mean, I'd be happy to accompany you." Luke offered.

"Nah, I think I can handle the stares that everyone's giving me. Not the first time, you know? So I think I'll live." I sighed out loud.

"I am so going to beat Harry up when I get to see him." I added.

"Oh so you think that he did this? Actually, I did this." Louis admitted openly as he stopped right in front of me.

"..."

"So what are you going to do about it, huh? Stare at me to death?" He smirked evilly.

"You are so not worth my time. Don't you ever come near me or speak to me ever again." I said coldly before walking away with Luke.

"What is that guy's problem?" Luke said in disbelief.

"You tell me." I have no idea what's going on in that crazy head of his.

Haters gonna hate for all I care.

But Louis is surely going down one of these days. I'll make sure of it.

*ROB'S POV*

"Man, you did the right thing for dumping your ex... turns out she's a criminal after all." One of my jock friends said.

"Such a bad blood, that girl." One of the cheerleaders said.

Everyone in the classroom was telling me why I'd even bothered with Cher in the first place when she's clearly up to no good.

"I knew there was something off with her."

"That girl is such a mess..."

That's it!

"And what did she ever do to you, huh?" I asked the blonde cheerleader from my class.

"What did she ever do to all of you?!" I snapped and this shut everyone up right away.

"All you people ever do is talk shit about someone else's life but do you even know her that well?" I questioned all of my classmates.

"So basically, you people have no right to judge Cher. You don't even know the whole story, jeez..." I lectured them.

"A bunch of hypocrites, that's what you guys are." I added.

"Then what is the whole story?" One of the jocks asked.

"It's not for me to tell now, is it?" I respect Cher's privacy so it's really up to her whether to tell other people what really happened or not.

Screw my popularity dropping just because of this! I care more about her...

~SATURDAY~

*CHER'S POV*

"Hi, Mrs. Payne! Is Liam in?" I asked when she answered the door.

"Well, he's always in. I almost didn't recognize you, dear. What's with the new look?" Mrs. Payne asked.

"I had a make over." I smiled.

I wore a bluish-gray overalls matched with some sneakers, tied my hair into a ponytail and wore a thick black glasses just to turn Liam off.

He should be grateful that I went through such trouble for him or better yet, he should just pay me some extra cash.

"I see, just go upstairs and knock on his door and make sure he takes his vitamin." She said.

*LIAM'S POV*

"So what do you think? Do I look undateable or what?" Cher asked when she entered my room.

What the? For a nerdy look she can still pull it off! She looks way too cute with the overalls and the glasses...

I didn't think my turn off would backfire on me like this. Damn.

"Uh, yeah. Totally! You look hideous." I lied.

I did not think this through. Now I'm starting to like the nerdy type just because she's dressed up as one.

"So you don't have any feelings for me anymore?" She verified.

"Um, it's not that simple, Cher..."

"You're right. What are we thinking? I couldn't even get over Robbie yet." She sighed as she plopped down into my bed.

"It's not your fault that he's such a handsome guy with shiny hair and mesmerizing gray eyes." I tried to comfort her.

"Gee, thanks for making me feel worse." She said sarcastically.

"Anyway, that's not the point here. Let this be a lesson to you that feelings don't go away that easily no matter how hard you try." I said.

"And that you shouldn't feel bad just because everyone at school is talking that mess about you. Cheerleaders can be so nosy and talkative, we all know that." I added.

"What do you mean?"

"Well, I heard that one of the cheerleaders found out about your past on the internet and spread it to everyone in school." I explained.

"So you're saying that Tomlinson has nothing to do with this?" She asked.

"Uh, yeah. I guess." I nodded.

"There's something I need to take care of... I'll be right back." She got up.

"Hey, um, do you know where Louis hangs out on the weekends?" She asked.

"He usually works out at the gym in school. You know, the one by the locker room."

"Thanks." Then she went out the door.

*CHER'S POV*

I searched for Louis in the school's mini gym but he wasn't there...

I mean, why does he need to workout anyway? He's currently a chess player for crying out loud!

I decided to look for him in the showering area and there he was... with his naked butt facing me.

"Cuz nobody loves you baby, the way I do..." He sang as he shampooed his hair.

"Ahem." I coughed out on purpose to get his attention.

"AHH! I mean, what the hell?! You a peeping tom now? If you wanted to see me naked, you could've just asked in advance." He covered his private part.

"And what are you wearing?! Are you trying to seduce me with such a nerdy look? You know I'm into geeks and all so what the hell is your motive, woman?!" He shrieked.

"Hush now. Why'd you lie about you being the one who told everyone in school about my past? I don't get why you would do such a thing." I folded my arms across my chest.

"Because... I wanted to be on your bad side. It's as simple as that really." He explained.

"You want me to hate you that bad? Why?"

"Baby, you don't want to know... everyone has their personal reasons so stop asking me while I'm naked and just let me finish showering, will you?" He walked towards me and brought his face closer to mine.

"Perhaps I should then." My eyes strongly fixated on his eyes.

It's a bit awkward when your enemy's standing so close to you without any clothes on...

Okay, maybe it's PLENTY awkward but I don't want him to think that I'm intimidated by him or anything.
