*ONE YEAR LATER*
It's been a year since Robbie left for Paris and all he left me was his beautiful Jaguar to drive me to places which is pretty awesome by the way.
He said he'd send me e-mails everyday but I guess that's what they always say...
He never even called once just to check how I was doing.
Harry told me that he was just busy with being a famous model in Paris and I'd like to think so too but it's already been a year.
My theory is that he found someone else new, perhaps a hot male model?
If it weren't for the guys who helped me rationalized things between Rob and I, I'd most probably break down six months ago.
I kept thinking what he might have been doing all this time and why he still hasn't contacted me.
I mean, there's got to be a good reason for it, right?
And to think that we were 'best friends'...
I couldn't bring myself to hate him though. It's pretty sad how I keep waiting for him.
"So we have a special guest right here in the studio whose debut single made it to the top of the charts in just the first week of its release. Robbie Wadge, everyone!"
I was listening to the radio while driving when I heard Rob's name...
What the hell? He's a singer now?! When did that happen?
"Hello! It's a pleasure to be in BBC Radio 1." I heard his thick British accent on the radio which I haven't heard in so long!
"How does it feel to be a top model and now a singer?" The interviewer asked.
"It's been great really. I have a lot on my plate right now but it's a great feeling, you know?" I can picture him smiling while saying this.
"Any inspiration behind your singing career?"
"Actually, a very special someone told me that I had a shot at being a singer about a year ago and I guess I just took her advice so it's all thanks to her really."
Could he be talking about me?
"Anyway, everyone's dying to know as to who this mystery girl is behind your hit single 'This Song Is About You'?" The interviewer says.
"It's about my ex-girlfriend... so if she's listening right now, I'd like to dedicate this song to her." Rob says.
"Oh and I hope that she got my letter." He added.
Letter? What letter?
"So without further ado, here's 'This Song Is About You' by Robbie Wadge."
The intro of the song started playing and I turned the volume up so that I could listen carefully to the lyrics.
'This is my confessional
Pen and paper, I'm gonna write this down
Saying things you never thought
That were on my mind,
Let the truth pour out
Cause I'm tired of the games
I won't lie, no I'm not OK!
You were wrong, you're to blame,
Now the world knows your name
[Chorus:] So here you go,
You're finally getting a song about you on the radio
Are you happy now that you broke me down?
Now I miss the day that I met you
I hope you know this song is about you,
This was no mistake, yes I meant to
I hope you know this song is about you, about you.
This song is about you, yeah, yeah!'
