Ch.15

"Jake?"
"Yea?"
Jake snuck into my house that same night because he wasn't feeling good and neither was I.
"I feel like shit."
He smiled and then turned to look up at my ceiling, "same. It's going to be so weird without Sebastian. But he only had one more strike with his dad and we ruined it."

"It's my fault. If we hadn't gone to the school, Sebastian would still be here with us."

"(Y/n) stop." He grabbed my face and looked at me closely, "Everything happens for a reason, whether we like it or not, so don't blame yourself." He turned onto his back and I was looking at him still.

"What?" He smiled at me.

"Nothing, you're just really cute. How is your jawline that way?" I turned his face to see his defined jawline and he laughed. He grabbed my face looked at me too.
"Jake? What are you doing?"

"Nothing. Just looking at you." He leaned down to me and kissed me, I kissed him back and then we pulled away, "I'm so lucky."

"Why are you lucky Jake?"

"Because I have the most beautiful person in the world right next to me and I get to kiss her lips whenever I want to. I like her so much to the point where if I lose her I'll die. She's my everything and I want her to be with me forever." I looked at him and he smiled back at me.

"Really?"
"Yea." I grabbed his face and kissed him. "Well this beautiful girl is sleepy."

"Me too."
I turned the other way and he hugged me from behind and started to kiss my neck. "Goodnight (y/n).

"Goodnight."

I was in first period when someone came up to me, "Hey."
"What's up?" I looked up from my assignment and saw Alvaro and Roshaun. "Sit down, why are you standing?"

They smiled and then Alvaro spoke up, "look (y/n) I'm really sorry, I was just jealous that you were hanging out with a new group. We had been a trio since Roshaun and I moved here so it was weird for you not to be with us on weekends." He looked at Roshaun and they both smiled at me.

"It's alright guys. Don't worry about it. I forgive you, just don't choose a girl over your friends again, okay?" They looked at each other and then Roshaun started laughing.

"What happened?"

"That chick dumped Alvaro the day he got into the fight because she thought-" Alvaro put his hand over Roshaun's mouth.
"Okay that's enough Roshaun. Anyway, how about we hang after to school like old times."

"Yea definitely." I said
"Sorry guys my senior girl hasn't dumped me yet, but I'll hang tomorrow."

"Alright that's fine, Alvaro you come over to my house?"

"All American?"

"Yeaaaaa." We both high-five each other and laugh.
"So how was dating a senior?" I asked

"Crazy, she was too overdramatic and she wanted this bad boy everyday." He said pointing to his dick.

"Okay that's nasty." I acted liked I was throwing up and he started to laugh.
"Oh shut up, that's not what you were saying when you made out with all the guys in that group."

"Wait what?"
"Dude everyone knows the reason you got in their group, like the whole initiation thing you guys had was a lie. They just wanted to kiss you. And then people found out that you almost had sex with Sebastian but you stopped it."

"Oh my god." Was all I could say. "Are you serious?" They just nodded.

"So are you with Jake now?" Roshaun asked.
"I'm not so sure now."

"Hey babeeee." It was time to go home and Jake came up from behind me and hugged me, he started to kiss my neck when I pushed him away.

"Stop Jake."
"Woah woah, what's wrong?"

"The "initiation" to get into the group is what's wrong. You guys tricked me and I trusted all of you. It's not cool."
"Oh. Look (y/n), we have to play a trick on everyone when they come into the group it's tradition. At least you weren't like Elijah, he got his pants pulled down in front of a bunch of girls." He started to laugh when he realized that I was still serious. "Cmon babe, I'm sorry." He hugged me but I didn't hug him back.

"I'll see you later. I'm hanging out with Alvaro after school, so I can't hang today."
"Wait Alvaro, the one who tried to beat up Sebastian?"

"Yes, we're chill."
"Look just be careful, I've heard things."

"He said the same about you, but I still hang out with you. Bye Jake." I kissed him on the cheek and then started to walk to the exit of the school. Alvaro saw me on my way out and we started walking to the door, "hey Alvaro." I said.
"Hey" he looked at me and then saw Jake. "Hey Jacob."
Jake just nodded and walked away.

"What's up with him?"

"Ehh don't worry about it."
"Okay let's go watch All American because I really want to see what's going on with Spencer."

"Okay." We both laughed and got into my car and headed to my house.

"Okay I'm super full." Alvaro ate so much pizza that I couldn't even tell how much specifically.
"I would be too if I ate that much." I laughed.

"Hey can I ask you a question?"

"Yea, shoot." I said as I took a sip of my coke.

"Why Jake?"

"What do you mean?"

"I mean (y/n) you're so obvious. I've liked you this entire time I've lived here and you haven't noticed like at all." We were both laying in the bed and he was propping himself on his elbow to focus on me.

"I don't know Alvaro, I didn't know at all. I'm sorry. Jake is just there a lot and I fell for him."
"Alright." He quickly leaned into me and kissed me. I pushed him off and got up from the bed.
"Alvaro, really?"

"I've liked you for so long. Let me just do that because I might not be able to do it ever again."

"Forget this even happened Alvaro." I went and sat down at my desk.

"I'm sorry, but I had you first."

"You know Alvaro, I'm so sick and tired of all you guys thinking you own me. It doesn't matter who had me first! Just because I fell for someone else doesn't mean it will go down to shit just because I met one of you first. You guys make me so mad sometimes and I'm tired of it! I'm already living on my own and having to deal with being without my parents, but all you guy care about is who had me first! Just stop alright." He didn't say anything after that.

We were watching the show when he got up from the bed and crouched down to me to be able to look at me eye level.

"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have done any of that. You're one of my best friends and I love you, so I'm sorry." I nodded my head and looked up at him, "well I gotta go home my mom needs me, I'll see you at school."

He got up and before he left he waved goodbye.

I waved goodbye also.
