Ch.41

(A day after Playlist)

"I still can't believe how many people came to our meet and greet." Diego said happily. We were laying in my room and Playlist was just yesterday. A lot of people were there and I enjoyed all the meet and greets that I did, but all of it was just so tiring.

"I never knew I could get so tired of making tiktoks." I said changing the show I was watching.

"That's so true & we didn't get out of there until really late."

"yeah that's why all the guys are asleep." I said laughing.

"yeah." He laughed a little and then got serious, "can I ask you a question?"

"Yeah what's up?" I paused the show and gave him my attention.

"Why did you agree to everything the guys said or asked? Like you seem happy doing it but it seems like this was never your plan."

I never really asked myself whether or not I liked what we were doing. I enjoyed the attention of people looking up to me, but then I didn't know whether I was doing it because I liked it or if it was just a chore.

"I mean the guys are happy & if they're happy then I'll be fine." I said

"Yeah but you need to be happy too."

"I know, I'm trying."

"So we have two people we can choose from to join. Of course this is just so we can figure out who we need to contact." Sebastian stared as we all sat in the living room to discuss the entrance of a new member or members.

"So we have my best friend Payton Moormeier and ________."

"I agree on Payton." Anthony and Sebastian said.

"Yeah, I mean we just have to check with the other person." I said.

After our little meeting, I went to my room to just relaxed. Jake followed me like always and laid down on my bed while I sat at my desk organizing my junk.

"So are we going to talk about how many guys came for you at Playlist. Almost all of them asked for a picture of you and them hugging close." He said laughing.

"Yeah, but they were all so sweet. I enjoyed it." I looked at him and he made a sad face at me.

"What's wrong?" I asked as I moved over to my bed to cuddle with him.

"I just want you all to myself." I looked up at him and smiled.

"You do have me & you know that I won't date a fan."

"Okay good." He kissed my head.

"There were cute guys though." I said jokingly.

"Wowwwww okayyyy, I see how it is." He said trying to push my arms off of him.

"It was a jokeeee." I said laughing and he had a serious face. "Jake, look at me."

He was hesitant at first but then looked down at me, "what?"

"It was a joke, don't be mad." I kissed his lips quickly and he smiled.

"Okay, I'm fine now." He looked away at the tv, but he seemed to be thinking about something. "(Y/n)?"

"Yeah?"

"Do you want to be together? Like boyfriend & girlfriend."

I sat up and he did too. I don't know why I couldn't answer him quickly. I knew what I wanted but it was so sudden that I didn't know what to do.
