Friday: School
“Wanna go get breakfast?” Jessica asks.
We were walking towards my class.
“I'm not hungry, but you can go with your friends,” I say.
“Widow, you okay? Do you want to talk about it?”
“yeah I am.”
Jessica looks at me with her big blue eyes.
She looks like a doll today. She curled her hair, and has a pink bow on her left side. She keeps looking at me with those puppy eyes.
“Me and Jackson had a major make-out session yesterday in his room. His mom hates me, while his dad thinks im pretty.” I flatly tell her.
“OH MY GOD! What the freak? You have to tell me everything! Why? When? Where? How was it? Is he a good kisser?” Jessica rushes on her questions.
“yeah, and I already told you when and where.”
“Come on Widow! Tell me the details.”
“fine! It was great, he is a great kisser and he made me feel pretty and special. There.” I cant believe I'm talking about this.
“Aw! That's so sweet honey. You like him don't you?”
“I guess, I don't know. Besides he has a girlfriend,” I whisper.
“Oh, WHOA! Wait a minute, you kissed Jackson! Since when are you seeing him?” Jessica realized Jackson likes me.
I sigh and explain everything. Of course we go to the library for privacy. I see her reactions, at first she was saying Jackson was a jerk, then she was happy, then sad and anger, then nothing.
“And yeah I don't know how the kiss began, I don't know if he was planning the whole thing; but I love being with him. Does that make a bad person?” I ask.
“No of course not Widow. Love is a mysterious thing that we humans cant explain or process. It doesn't make you a slut or a bad person to be with Jackson but you have to realize that James loves you, and well Jackson has Rachel.”
Jessica is right. James is still living, and he loves me. Thanks to me he is in a coma. Rachel will never let Jackson go.
“Widow, do you have any feelings for James?” Jessica asked.
“Is it possible to like two people at the same time?” I answer.
“Yeah, it is possible.” Jessica smiles.
Thank god I have Jessica right now, I will be lost without her.
I thank her and we talk more on the way to the class.
She goes to her History class and I head to White.
I see Paul next to the door. He is talking to John.
“Hey Wid.” Paul smiles.
“you talk to her?” John asks.
“yeah, why don't you go to your class now,” Paul smirks.
“Whatever.”
“Here, from Jackson.” Paul hands me a letter.
“thanks, hey Paul can I ask something?” I ask.
He nods.
“Do you like me? Like if I'm a good person or friend.”
“yeah I like you. You're cool and heck my best man loves you.”
