Renesmepov

I looked out the window and back at the clock.

"when do you guys think they'll be back?" I asked.

"Renesme, she needs time to heal" Esme said from the couch. I bit my lip but nodded.

I cant believe my mom lost her baby, and I cant believe Rosalie is having twins. I sighed and turned to go to the kitchen when I bent over from a pain in my stomach. I pulled in a sharp breathe.

"honey are you alright?" my mom asked as she ran into the room. I nodded and stood up, she wrapper her arm around my waist and helped me to the chair.

"I felt like I got a kick in the gut" I said breathlessly with a smile. She smiled back.

"I felt the same way with you, but you moved a lot more" I nodded. She looked at Alice who suddenly smiled with a grin. "do you guys want to go and shop for baby clothes?" the guys groaned but we dragged them to the car.

"Mom, are you all right with um......well you know" I asked sheepishly. She smoothed my hair.

"no I'm really sad but......I can live with it honey" I kissed her cheek.

Alicepov

"what do you guys think for these little sneakers?" I asked as I looked at adorable little baby shoes. I love the fact about having a son.......but it will be a little harder to dress him. Bella picked out a pink dress for Renesme and threw just about every stuffed animal in the cart.

'Rosalie look" I called. And pulled up two outfits that said 'I'm mommies favorite' and 'I'm daddy favorite'

'that's sooooo cute!" she gushed. I smiled and smelled something amazing!

"Mmmmmm" I mumbled and headed to the food court. The others followed as we left the guys to pay for everything, we walked up to a cookie shop.

"can I get one of everything?" the lady behind the counter looked shocked.

"everything?" she asked.

"me too I want one of everything" the others called. Bella eyed Renesme and finally gave in and let her get some.

We walked out to find the guys standing in front of the place arms full of bags.

"Not even my kid and I have to carry this stuff" Edward mumbled, Bella went and kissed him.

"true but It's your grandchild" he smiled as we headed to the car.

Bellapov

"hey mom were going to go hunting before we start to get any bigger" I smiled as I looked at my daughter, I would have been nice to have another little one like her running around the house but.........maybe it was supposed to be like that. Her pregnant instead of me.

"okay honey be careful all of you" I said and eyed the others. "I'll start making lunch for you guys, if your not full from the cookies" they laughed as the guys helped them out the back door. I turned and looked at Edward, "go I'll be fine."

"are you sure?" he asked. I smiled and kissed him.

"go I think Jacob will need help if she gets mad" he rolled his eyes and ran out to catch up with them. I sighed and went up to cut some vegetables for soup. Meat, carrots, potatoes, and what else? I thought and looked into the fridge. A red hot pain shot through my stomach, I grabbed my abdomen and sucked in a sharp breath. I pulled in deeps breaths and tried to calm my nausea, the room started to tilt as I sat down and fell back onto my back. I clutched the ground as another pain shot through my body, I turned my head and thank god my cell phone was right next to me.

"hello?" said the other voice.

"Tyler there's some thing wr....." I stopped as a scream took over my throat.

"Bella? Bella!" he said in a panic.

"I'll be right there stay calm" the line went dead as I stared to sob from this pain I was feeling.

I have never felt anything like this in my life, if I could I would rather be turned into a vampire again them feel this.

"Bella!" a voice yelled. I let out a scream was Tyler came into the kitchen. "Bella its okay stay calm breathe" I pulled in deep breaths and blew them out. I looked at Tyler and he had shock on his face.

"what's wrong?" I asked scared.

"Bella your..............
