E.Jpov

"Hi Aunt Emily" I said as Sapphire and I walked in the door, the guys were sitting around eating as usual. I know Emily isn't my aunt but she's been around me all the weeks I've been alive.

'E.J ,Sapphire? What are you to doing here?" she asked in a very small voice as she lifted us up one at a time so we were sitting on the counter.

"Aunt Alice is having her baby, so I brought Sapphire here" I said as she handed us cookies. She walked around the room cleaning and moving stuff, I watched her for a while and winced.

"what's with the face E.J?" she asked. I shook my head and bit my tongue, I would not act like aunt Alice I have to have some control. I glances at Sapphire, she was about to die from keeping the laughter in.

-I have to E.J I'm sorry- she thought and busted out laughing, I swear she was about to fall on the floor. Everyone thought she lost her mind and I was having self control problems because the way my jaw was set.

"What is going on?" Sam asked.

"it's--it's..........E.J!" she laughed. He turned and looked at me.

"what wrong with E.J?" was he blind? I know he loves Emily but can he not see the mess of colors she is wearing for clothes? I growled which got everyone attention, I jumped down from the counter.

"I need a walk, my mom will be calling in one minute, aunt Alice won she named him Cole" with that I left as my anger built up with each step I got away from the house. I need to control my temper, but how? When I play piano I feel better but I don't want to go home. I need blood, but then I still need to go home because the blood bags are there. I crossed the treaty line, after my sister got older we made a pact that half vampires could pass. I needed to be by myself to under stand some things but how? What would I do? I sighed, I kept walking when I smelt a delicious sent wash over me, my instincts took over and I ran to the smell...............

Edwardpov

"what are you going to name him?" I asked Alice, she looked at Jasper who nodded.

"Cole" she whispered. Bella walked in the room with a cell phone in her hand.

"thanks for watching them Emily, it was really smart that E.J brought her to your house, I hope they didn't intrude"

"no Sapphire is here but E,J left he was mad about something. The boys went to find him but he was gone" the other line said, I stiffened and ran out the back door. His sent leant me to the clearing and a drained deer, I sniffed again and ran off into a different direction. I knew this path it was to mine and Bella's meadow, I walked into the golden area and see him laying on his back his hands behind his head.

"how did you find this?" I asked him. He opened his eyes, and shrugged.

-I seen it in moms head- he thought to me.

-why were you mad today?- I thought back. He sighed.

-it was stupid I should have better control I didn't drink any blood this week and I didn't want to go home-

-E.J you fed from animals I've been wanting to take you hunting, but I wanted to be there with you if you......well-

-ran into a human- he finished the thought for me. I nodded,

"E.J are you ready to go home now?" he nodded and followed me to the house. "it's pretty funny, I have to remember I'm only talking to my five week old son not a friend" he laughed.

"Dad. uncle Emmett doesn't count I'm more mature" I laughed, but agreed. I opened the door as we stepped in Coles blood was heavily in the air, E.J stopped dead in his tracks. Everyone walked down the stairs to go into the living room, the pack was here as well. A deep growl escaped E.J's mouth they stopped and stared at him a flood of thoughts flooded into my mind.

-blood sweet blood, need kill. don't cant HAVE TWO!" he lunged at the baby in Alice's arms................
