Ushijima is a farmer boy since his grandparents are farmers.
He usually goes back to their farm during summer break to help.
Like he'll feed the cows, harvest the plants, weed the yard. Well yeah pretty much Farmer Boy.
Tendou likes to sometimes tag along with him too.
